Incredible gentleman!! 🧬🍃 and a scientist!!!!

was very kind to help and assist me today with my knee, which has been sore for a number of years!!! I wanted to book and I did book an acupuncture treatment with Miles for Friday and before I was about to leave he also applied to acupuncture needles into my left ear to help the blood circulation flow too!!!

I also want to have a nutrition session with him where he can tell by looking at my tongue. Very fascinating haha!!

When someone gives something to you I believe it's right to give back and hope that my comments go some way towards doing that.
Every time I've visited Miles and Marina at Abbey Health I've felt welcome and at home and more like I'm speaking with friends than seeking advice.
But the advice is there from a galaxy of knowledge that addresses the whole person and didn't just seek to mitigate a symptom.
I have more faith in Abbey Health to address the root cause of an issue for a lasting remedy than I've found in mainstream treatments.
So thank you for your help and I'll be using you again.

I called in here for some vitamin and mineral supplements last week and had some really helpful advice. I've received so much effective help (and have also gained some knowledge) regarding my various health issues over the years. I’ve been here a few times before for immunity remedies etc and always received the very warmest of welcomes and the best possible advice. Today I went in with my youngest daughter and we stayed for a while chatting with the owners. They’re so so friendly and were fantastic with my girl who wants to go back soon - she’s 3! Rare to find such wonderful customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

One of the best nutritionists I've ever known! What this chap doesn't know is not worth worrying about or worth using. He is also amazing with his Oriental Acupuncture & proved me wrong with making my back pain go in seconds with an example use while buying some supplements in his shop. One of a kind, this place certainly is and I've been using it for years!

I think with the sad way the nhs is struggling (2/3yrs a friend waiting for a growing hernia repair & all on phone appointments)
People are finding help with natural healing.

Many people still sceptical, as was I, about buying supplements, but not having an acupressure Vecta? Test 40 yr ago, due to expense, I thought I'd go for it earlier this year, to see what deficiencies I had.

Simple test (I also have blood tests to compare) & know I'm low in vit b12 & vit d3.
I also know the levels, most important.
So I was supplementing with those.

I'm 70 soon & have to keep the body machine running as best as possible!
Seemed a lot of money for pills, but the proof will be seen.
I'm on my 2nd purchase & will need another test to monitor the results.
So that will be £200 over the yr!!

But I'm also eating many (12+) easy grow, some self seeded herbal greens in my garden
Nasturtians, eat all, planted 5 months late & germinated in 2dys due to heat. Still flowering now.

Nettles, as good as spinach, sorrel, garlic chives, alpine strawberry leaves, mallow, dandelions, daisy flowers, lemon balm, mint, marjoram, dead nettles & many more. Have only been making pesto & freezing more over the last yr.

I now need to streamline the nutrients I cannot get naturally, but am feeling better in many ways, less up & down & more content, is it the supplements? time will tell.

I did see a fertilizer called Remin, but needs more research..
