Team in store are very helpful. Happy to spend all the time you need to help you get used to the phone and even offer lessons to help.

Every upgrade or support issues I have had the team have been great.
The manager is always available if any issues come up and seems to spend lots of time setting up phones and solving issues.

Had a problem with my phone so asked the guys to have a look at it. Turned out to be a dodgy sim card. The usual efficient service from people who really know what they are doing. Excellent

Staff and manager super helpful got both mine and my daughters phone set up and sorted with no fuss. Manager offered to give lessons if we needed and also copied all the information from. One phone to the other. Would go back. Any time..

Helpful staff

Overpriced and grubby. Windows are filthy, clock and change machine have been out of order for weeks. Far better quality meat and fish across the road at Aldi at a sensible price.
