What an excellent place for all your tools needs. The staffs are polite and courteous with fast service and very knowledgeable too. Plenty of parking outside the store as well.

Really pleased with the quality of service I received today from Andy @ Screwfix Reading Hyperion Way. I had a big order of socket and switches which he managed to sort out despite a glitch in their IT system. Very pleased, 5 star for his customer service.

I was sent in by someone to get their items, and both the lady at the door and the man on the till were very helpful and made the whole process very easy.

Was really impressed with my service here. They were really helpful when I went in to get some light bulbs. They helped me figure out what ones I needed and they were at a good price. There is a large easily accessible parking at the front of the store.

Very very helpful. Couldn't get what I wanted but they gave me names of places that might have the product and I ended getting what I wanted. That's great customer service

I come here to pretty much skive from work, I have a lot of banter with Aaron, Warren and Martin but every member of staff is awesome.

The store's refit is a great improvement. Online order with almost immediate in store pickup is a real bonus that makes a difference when you're busy. Huge range of stock. Brilliant!

10 stars! The staff here are absolutely amazing - the whole team. Today we were served by Nicola, David and James the manager and they were all so helpful. Knowledgeable, honest, genuinely friendly rather than seeming fake, nothing too much trouble, never give you the 'hard sell', the atmosphere in there is great. Would never feel uncomfortable/silly for asking questions as a female customer going into this store, as you do in some hardware/DIY stores even nowadays.
Would only ever come to this store now for my DIY needs in Reading. Thank you, all of you, your store is a credit to the chain!

Love this place. Often over looked for parts. Or even fans in the summer. A fan here for £14 being sold the same one at argos for £30. Reserve online and pick it up no messing. Quick. Very good price. Good quality. Friendly advice. And lots of free parking. Next time to you need supplies or tools etc. Think screwfix first.
