Caffè Nero

I would like to say anyone reading reviews from a man called Wayne are all untrue.
Unfortunately I think this man may suffers from mental health...he continues to harass a young lady which is a staff member and considering he felt so anxious and upset, about the false allegations..he still continues standing outside the premises being intimidating!!!
!This is place of work and all staff should feel safe and comfortable within this environment..and not having defend themselves on a public forum...when clearly this person has nothing better to do but to continue this defamation of a staff member and the shop its self.
Always found it a nice relaxing place, but unfortunately this man and his friends continues this behaviour towards a member of staff....and i hope management and above..will support their employees with a duty of care their staff....

Received a birthday cake treat on Nero app, so I tried a slice of pistachio & chocolate mousse cake today and it is super light and delicious. Would definitely have it again.
Got caramel latte from my full stamps on loyalty card too ~ happy day. Lovely cheerful staff. Thank you. 🍰☕💕

Had a lovely cup of tea this morning,staff helpful. We sat outside as was lovely weather.my only negative was the tables were not clean and we had to carry all our trays back in ourselves. Other than that all good.

We love the coffee, staff are lovely been coming for over 5 years.If part off my walk with my Husky Sonic . who every one knows and looks forward to seeing.

Popped in for a hot drink with my wife today. Young man called Liam served me . He appeared to be working alone but didn't show any sign of stress. He has a wonderful manner with customers. A credit to the company.

Come here quite often now and never disappointed with the quality of their crafted coffee and frappé. Didn't get a chance to try their new pistachio mousse cake. Would love to try it next time we visit again.

Friendly, efficient and helpful service. Small but useful range of cakes & bicuits. Very good range of hot & cold drinks. Relaxed seating area inside and out. Wheelchair & pram friendly. Friendly customers who are daily visitors. Ideal for a quick no-fuss break when in town. Loyalty card.

Always have my coffee here and sometimes indulge in one of their pastries or cakes - very yummy! There is often a long queue but the staff keep happy which helps the day along! Comfy sofas too if you are lucky to get one.

Staff are very friendly and coffee is great and decently priced

I always use Neros on my travels around the country especially on a Tuesday and Wednesday when I have free coffee on my O2 app. I always find their staff friendly and helpfull. And the staff here were just that. Well done. I also think a little bias creeps in as I've never paid for a coffee in their places.

Caffe Nero in Hereford absolutely nailed the customer service yesterday. The girl that served me as exceptionally helpful and super friendly. Will definitely be going back - it's rare to find a chain coffee shop with such warm and personal service these days.
