Starbucks Coffee

Had a lovely experience today.
Went with my children, both asked if they could have a hot chocolate in a take away cup as they are obsessed with the cups. Which they lady kindly did.
While having our drinks. The very kind lady came over with 2 reusable cups with their names on and gave them to the kids as she knew they loved the cups.

This amazing act of kindness meant the entire world to them.
So thoughtful.

Had a super nice drink here, The staff were really nice, especially a girl who was on training (she was blonde but i didn't catch her name) she was super friendly and polite. Our drinks were amazing, we also sat in the outside area which was nice :)

This used to be my favourite Starbucks, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My drink would sometimes be ready before I had paid, as they knew me so well. Sadly, the staff and management have changed, it is now just functionable. The seating is really uncomfortable; they have many high tables and stools that do not suit the elderly or disabled.

Had a lovely lemon drizzle muffin and a hot chocolate

Always incredibly friendly staff who make the drinks with genuine care and are never miserable regardless of how busy it is, what time of the day it is and whether they are rushed off their feet!

Makes a real difference when the staff asks you questions about your day and makes you feel important :)

Staff are fantastic, coffee is average but staff compensate for this and so does the location.

Great cafe that is situated on Sainsbury's. A reward for shopping! Friendly staff with a good range of products with plenty of availability across the Starbucks range.

This Starbucks is always clean and staff is always friendly. Mobile ordering is available but be mindful that they shut down mobile ordering a half hour before closing time. Mornings can be busy, and it is attached to the Sainsbury's, so it can get crowded.

Lovely re vamped store, fresh and airy. Great team, fast workers. 👏

Starbucks is Starbucks (and there isn’t much that separates them from other chains) however, the emoloyees here are very good natured, helpful and conversational if you want to engage with them.

They do their best to remember regulars orders and they are always friendly. Seating outside is nice in the warmer weather and it’s well situated (part of a large Sainsburys) near the main station.

Young guy black hair “George” was an absolute delight very charming and helpful 5* for customer service and politeness. He went that extra mile to make sure I was happy. I will be back very happy with my experience. That was a mean caramel frappuccino

Regular haunt in Whitton High street on the way to Twickenham for the rugby. You know you will get a reasonably priced drink and snack.

Staff were very polite and quick coffee makers.
I didn't see any gluten free cakes (but that could be due to late delivers).

Good experience from helpful team. Watch-out for shopping trolleys being pushed without due care and attention by senior citizens hellbent on straight-lining the star-bucks corridors - They will stop at nothing.

Always friendly Baristas and they know their drinks prep well. Beat the queues and order from the app while your paying at the checkout to pickup without any fuss.

Joe is the most amazing barista in the world, always polite and prompt! Would travel from Brighton to this specific Starbucks because I know Joe is there and will get it perfect for me every time!!!!!!

Great coffee and unlike most of the other coffee shops you can get ordinary filter coffee and the staff are always friendly and helpful, I have had trouble with my legs and they always carry my coffee to the table and you can get a free refill on the filter.

Kelly who works here deserves a raise! What an asset to this company
