Fantastic Waitrose branch! Not super big, but it has everything we need, great variety of everything. Most importantly, lots of staffed check outs, and also very friendly helpful management. Thank you! Merry Christmas everybody! :)

Had the best experience today trying to look for strawberry trifles l! Charlie a girl that works there is great! Really nice to talk to, she's fun and just great to have a conversation with and knows where things are :) Waitrose overall is good! there are some good prices in there.

I was approached by a male who was offering to help me when he saw me putting my car details into machine when parking my car. He was completely convincing but turned out to be a scam and he managed to obtain all he needed to withdraw money out of my account from the cash machine in the nearby Bank. I am elderly and although i had doubts was taken in by him. I am amazed there is no CCTV in this Car Park and would warn others to be on the look out and aware this is going on.

Amazing customer service who helped us to exchange a new faulty microwave for a new one .Apparently, this was a new experience for them, but they went through the exchange very professionally .Well done, girls. ,we received the new microwave today and the delivery guy unpacked and checked it out

Lovely shop, always clean and tidy. Very good set up re COVID-19. Excellent customer service. Stocks a range of products from essentials to high end so there is something for everyone.

Went to the til at 16.12
I'm sure that's the name (Caroline) who served us noticed my wife feeling ill
She mentioned seats over there
and she guessed right my wife is pregnant

Great staff. Let me borrow £1 to get a trolley as no coins. Very trusting. Shop is okay, has some of the things I wanted and some good deals. Pleasant shopping experience

Clean, organized, staff are welcoming and willing to help. The quality of products on range are always of the highest standard however have a limited range. I would like to see more disability parking at the Woodley branch as many elderly often have to park further away. The overall experience is always if the highest quality.

Parking. Only down side.
Quality. Well above average. I don’t shop in Waitrose as my regular shop. When I do I spend more. Which is expected. Gotta treat yourself once in a while.
Price. Expected for such a store. I always come back for the salad here. I don’t know why. And it’s reasonably priced as I’ve never had a “bad” salad there once.

Always have a great shopping experience here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean. Only downfall is the coffee machine is out of order 😭 can't wait for them to bring it back online.

Quality grocery option in the heart of Woodley town centre. The sliced mangoes are really top notch.

Click and collect was efficient from start to finish. Very helpful especially as I did not have a coin for the trolley and the assistant went herself and got me one. Can't praise them enough

Quality products, fresh veg and fish, people say its expensive, yes it is but you get what you pay for, on the same level as M&S for the quality of the products.

It was fine, the only complaint was the same as always never enough staff on counter's. Felt very sorry for staff, but the staff give you 💯

Friendly staff good produce and decent opening times. No chilled gluten free and a fairly poor selection in the freezer sadly.
