Stopped here by chance as we were on a motorbike tour and glad we did. Absolutely great coffee, some would say the best in the country. We had the bacon bagels and they were insanely good. Service was fantastic too. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic toasted bagel with cream cheese, shakshouka and crispy bacon. Highly recommend! They have great coffee too!

Easily the best bagel I’ve ever had….annoyingly I’m an 8hour drive away, but thankfully work has had me in the area twice and hopefully I’m back soon, or I’m a 16 hour round trip for one….and let me tell you, it’ll be worth it😋owner is very friendly and his van is situated in a nice wee area in Bruton. All food cooked fresh, with what seemed like, fresh ingredients 👌🏼

Delicious coffee and his signature bagels are superb. If I lived closer it would be my regular Saturday morning brunch stop. Setting is super pretty, and there is plenty of parking. Always a pleasure! Thanks Asterix!

Lovely outdoor Café. I had a turmeric latte with the fresh smoked salmon bagel 100% recommended it was delicious. Very kind and friendly owner. Will definitely eat here again.

Like others have already said, delicious coffee, and generously topped bagels. A small menu, but done exceedingly well. Lovely peaceful site near the river Brue

Very entertaining proprietor serving delicious food. The brick lane bagel topped in cream cheese, locally sourced bacon and Asterix’ special recipe shakshouka and za’atar was to die for.

Beautiful spot by the river to take a break also.

WoW ! What a surprise! Coffee is the best I had around for a while and the bagels are to die for.
Plus it’s a nice setting area
