The Vegan Coffi House

Visited here for the first time today. The extensive menu made it really hard to choose. But I decided on the chilli followed by the passionfruit and orange cheesecake. It was all really tasty and well presented. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and didn't rush us even though we ended up spending the whole afternoon there. An absolute gem in aberdare and I will definitely be going again the next time I visit.

Found this gorgeous cafe today and will definitely be back! Such a beautiful interior with lush coffee and food. Dogs are more than welcome, my chocolate lab was given fresh water and a blanket to lay on. Staff were super friendly. Best cafe I have visited in a long time. Will definitely be going back!

What an amazing little cafe. Just had a delicious vegan cooked breakfast with some of the best coffee I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place itself is comfortable and interesting. All around, a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back again.

Best coffee I have had since moving to the UK! I’d been advised it was the best in town so finally stopped in and I am kicking myself for not having become a regular 6 months ago - the staff are incredibly friendly and the quality of the coffee (both the beans and preparation) is something I outstanding. These people know their stuff and what’s more you feel good buying from them due to their impeccable customer service. The cafe itself is super cwtchy and I was lucky enough to be greeted by the cutest pup this morning which truly made my day. Love your work guys!

Excellent little boutique cafe. Now I have to say that I'm not a vegan or even vegetarian. However, one of my best friends is, and he took me in for coffee.
We had vegan cappuccinos and vegan gluten-free black forest gateaux. What a revelation, it was really good!
My wife's a veggie, and we'll be back for a nice lunch. Very friendly staff, lovely little place well worth a visit.
Access was fine, if a little cramped with crutches, but I think you would struggle with a wheelchair.

Everything about this place is wonderful, the staff are so friendly as accommodating, the hot chocolate I had is the most delicious I've ever experienced and I adored the cheese toastie I had. Bonus points, as I deal with stomach issues and none of their food and drink hurt or caused me pain which is such a relief! The atmosphere is so friendly and cozy, I can't recommend this place enough!

I’ve only recently moved into the area. Having been vegan for over 30 years, this place opening in Aberdare is really exciting. Fabulous decor and food/drink selection. Friendly staff and great value.

I visited this fab little place for lunch today - and I loved it. So did my dog! The food and coffee were both great, nice chilled atmosphere, and the staff were just lovely. Can’t wait to go back.

BEAUTIFUL place, such a lovely service, they are very welcomed and friendly, they are dog friendly which is a plus for us, my dog felt comfortable at all time. The food is delicious and vegan friendly. Definitely is a place to be recommended, we will come back.

This place is awesome; me and my dad came after a jolly hike in Brecon and suitably enjoyed a super cup of tea, while the dog snaffeled a couple treats. Amazing local knowledge as well… 🪷🪷🪷

Dedicated vegan cafe. Nice environment, pleasant staff, good food. Small but cosy. A great addition to the local culture, nicely balancing against the increase in fast food cafés.

Really cute and comfortable cafe and an oasis for vegans. They were super friendly during our visit, and we came twice during our stay in the area. There's sofa seating inside and a patio type conservatory area. We tried all the cakes, and I was especially excited to have a vegan Welsh cake as I'd have been sad to visit without having one - I really enjoyed the cinnamon Welsh cake and will have to try making those at home.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and it was great to have somewhere chill to sit and plan our onward trip after a stressful week

Excellent soup lunch at this lovely place More than generous portions of leek and potato and carrot and coriander soups with a selection of buttered bread. I am not vegan but we are regular visitors and always enjoy our choices from the interesting and varied menu........and the welcome from Jeraldine and her staff is second to none.

Exactly what Aberdare needed!! A brilliant vegan coffee house :) It has a cozy vibe and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be going back again and again… think you’ve found yourselves a regular ;)

The food was lovely and filling, I had the no chicken wrap and I had to take half home as it filled me up. The staff were very friendly, and it was wonderful to chat with them. I am not a vegan, my friend brought me with her, but I would recommend people pop in and have a look. The hot chocolate was delicious as well.

Visited several times now and enjoyed every visit. The food is great - fresh, tasty, generous portions and sensibly priced - whether you just want coffee and cake, breakfast or lunch. With a cosy feel and very welcoming owners, this is a lovely place to visit. Highly recommended.
