Carphone Warehouse

Visited the Kettering store yesterday and was greeted at the door by a very personable young man. He called the assistant over that I needed to see to purchase a new phone. The guy who sorted my phone was called Paul and he deserves a big shout out for being so friendly and helpful to me. I'm of the older generation and not very tech friendly but he was very patient and sorted everthing through.I believe credit where its due and he deserved this recognition. Thanx Paul.

Further to my previous review, I collected my new phone today. Big shout out to Damon who spent a long time sorting out the transfer from my old phone under very trying circumstances. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient. Once again, very impressed with the service I received. Thank all.

staff dont turn up for work so you cant buy anything and the currys staff cannot sell anything carphone warehouse related , what a joke of a store
