Work staff are rude. No help, no thanks, no please, just wanted the money and you to get out. Walking towards a closed door with a pram and she didn't even offer to open the door that she had closed due to her not wanting any more customers in so she could close early.

This would be a nice shop, the cards are pretty and varied, it also stocks a wide range of Yankee Candle products. It is ruined by the shop staff. They habitually gossip to each other and ignore the customers, make personal and offensive remarks and smoke on the premises. The shop has been empty more often than not when I have gone in there and I am not surprised. I will be purchasing my Yankee Candle products online from now on myself and cards from elsewhere. Unless you feel your custom is totally unimportant, shop elsewhere.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Miserable, middle-aged patronising biddies, who should be at home, gossiping over a fence.....Retraining needed. And no refunds? Is it even legal, unscrupulous company! Will ever spend another penny!
