Lovely little tea room in the old school . Staff lovely and great at suggesting items . So much to choose from scones , cakes , flapjacks and more.

We went with a selection of scones , tea , latte and our daughter had juice and a dairy free brownie. Would highly recommend the visit :) just check opening times before you go .

Faultless.

Caring and warm and the scones so light they might even float away. Marion the consummate professional who makes the actually quite difficult look very easy...the mark of a pro. The most wonderful place to read and relax. I find myself going up there far too often...

We we're here on Coronation Day and had an excellent afternoon tea with delicious home-made scones. We think everything is made on a charity basis, extremely friendly people and you can sit in the churchyard with good weather. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Tiny and quirky, with knitted tea and coffee cosies. Friendly and welcoming staff, and eased they had soya milk and labelled food items that were Gluten Free or Vegan.

We went here last summer and were just reminded of it! They very kindly opened slightly early for us after we appeared tired and hungry at their door after a weekend of camping and the lemon drizzle cake was the best I’ve ever had. 5 stars plus.

Brilliant little tea room situated in a stunningly beautiful village! Friendly staff and lovely cream tea with the jam made from gooseberries made this a great stop on a hot and humid day! Well worth popping in!

Brilliant dog and ♿wheelchair friendly café, + the pop up photographic exhibition proved very interesting. I'd seen some of the London Tramp band previously, and the Neolithic stones I'd stood alongside during many Cornish jaunts prior to the ♿. Fab photos. Fab cream tea, lovely weather😊😎

Absolutely wonderful. A very welcoming tea room with knowledgeable ( about Belstone) and friendly staff, delicious GF flapjack and Earl Grey tea ( in a pot with bone China cup 😍) all served in a super safe environment. There is a beautiful outlook over Cosdon Beacon, and a roaring log fire to keep everyone warm. Lovely choice of home made cakes and soups, and also a marvellous selection of local crafts for sale including my personal favourites the sheep tea cosies and cushion. I will definitely be back again. Its the first time I have found it open as we. Tend to have our walks earlier in the day but it was so delightful to find it open after my long walk across the Moor . I would give 6 stars if I could. Good value for money as well as good quality food and drink. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

A lovely tearoom set in a beautiful village on the edge of Dartmoor. Delicious homemade cakes and scones, and a great little gift selection including handmade soaps, jams and knitwear (Minions slippers went down very well with my godson!). Well worth a visit.

Great food and huge pots of tea which accompanied a really welcoming atmosphere. Recently went and forgot my hoodie there and Marion was incredibly nice and offered to post it back to me. This Tearoom is perfect for visiting with young children or with friends and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Found this quaint little place by chance. Lovely home made cakes & jam. Even came away with a hand made tea cosy. We’ll definitely be calling back in when next in the area. Note they aren’t open every day so you need to check. Parking free & plenty in the village car park. Bonus to us....dogs welcome too!

A gem of a place! Enjoyed a lovely cream tea with a selection of interesting homemade jams. Each tea and coffee pot has its own knitted tea cosy - and there are several to purchase too! Lovely local artwork and crafts available to buy too.
Will definitely return when next in the area. NOTE: bring cash!
