Very freindly and knowledgeable staff, have sold and brought multiple things here always quick service even if there is a bit of a queue

The guy who did my screen protector a couple months ago is an absolutely perfectionist, for a variety of reasons I'd been in the store for a while, and it was busy, so he was worried about keeping me too long cos its normally a super quick job, and he hadn't done a 100% perfect job on the install. I would never have noticed this if he didn't tell me, and there were no bubbles at all, just that part of one very side edge (on my notoriously difficult curved phone screen) wasn't essentially invisible

So he made very clear that he was sorry and that if I wanted he could redo it, and if it bugged me in next few days I could still bring it back and have it redone. But it was still the single best installed protector I've ever seen, and I was fine with it. The guy is just a professional, and I really appreciate that. It shows that they actually care about doing the job right and making sure customers get their value for money

CEX is an excellent store for buying and selling second-hand electronics, games, DVDs, and more. Their prices are competitive, and their selection is vast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the stores are well-organized and clean. The online ordering and delivery process is straightforward and efficient, and the quality of the items I've received has always been as advertised. Its was great has lots of games from ps1 and the ol' xbox to the new modern games for ps5 nintendo xbox series x/s and has old consoles like the psone or ps1 to the cool ps5s and xbox series x/s

The team were brilliant - whilst I was there, they had an incredibly rude customer, being rude for no reason whatsoever, but they handled themselves incredibly professionally and kept calm and kind throughout - a real credit to themselves and their company. I will never understand why people think it’s okay to talk to staff like that man did, but kudos to the team for your calm response. Keep doing what you do, you’re great!

Excellent place to buy second hand DVDs, music, games, consoles and more. I make myself a regular and it's always the first place I look when I'm interested in a new film or TV show that I'd like on a disc. If I could give this place 6 stars I would, it's honestly brilliant!

Brought a 10p CPU here because it was just 10p and I had 10p left over from food

Friendly staff, very helpful. Prices vary wildly, some good, some not so.. who'd pay four figures for a used graphics card, no matter how hard they are to get hold of. Picked up a great value audio interface though.

Bought xbox one game didn't load on my console refunded ASAP no problems.

Good quality games too buy. And products. Nice and friendly staff. All they games are very nicely ordered and presented on display throughout the whole shop. So it's easy to see whats on display. And if your an old school gamer like me. All old games are starting to have very cheap prices. Even if they are most likely second hand games, they great quality, I visit there visit there very regularly and would go there again :)
