Came in for the first time a few days ago, lovely owner and lovely atmosphere in the shop. Gorgeous vegan and cruelty free beauty products too as well as the food products will definitely be coming every month to treat myself :)

Fresh produce and wide range of packaged, chilled and frozen products. Grains, beans, teas, vegan yogurt, chocolate. Refillable household products. Apparently, one of the few healthfood stores in Birmingham to have survived the Covid years.

A great independent local shop for all the things needed to eat a healthy, varied vegan diet, including a tempting range of organic veg. There's also a good variety of non-food items, such as soaps and detergents. If I can't find anything, I always find the staff friendly and helpful. One of my favourite shops in Birmingham, I go out of my way to pedal up the hill to Moseley and return with laden panniers, making use of the nearby cycle stands.

I am a huge fan of Indigo; it has such a huge stock of organic & health products that aren’t available from other shops, a wide range of supplements and knowledgable and friendly staff who are always happy to give you advice. Huge asset to our community.

Great choice and friendly staff. We’re really lucky to have this shop locally. I really like how the filling station for refillable detergents is set up. The only thing I would say would be useful is to have some scales near to the fruit and veg. It’s priced by the kg but unless you are used to shopping this way and know what that ‘looks like’ it’s quite hard to know how much you might spend until you get to the till. A lot of people like to buy locally with 0 waste if they can, but it is usually still more expensive than the supermarket to do so. For us, we shop this way when we have time and money to do so. So clear costing is really useful to help you budget.

My go-to organic store. I usually find exactly what I'm looking for, and if a particular item is not in stock, the staff are always happy to order to store. A wonderful team who create a very welcoming aura, all the while, letting you get on with your shopping in peace.

First time at this shop. Very helpful lady at the till. Showed me what was where and left me to browse. When I approached her again for some advice on digestive enzymes she was very knowledgeable and helped me to quickly get what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I bought some Organic food stuff, The Counter Lady is very helpful and Kind, all basic daily life stuff can be found there, I will recommend it to those who are looking for Organic food and stuff.

An asset to Moseley village when your in need of some wholefood shopping, genuinely friendly staff very helpful, especially Josie x feel very blessed to live so close :)

Love this shop. Absolutely packed with environmentally conscious and veggie/vegan items. Not nearly as expensive as most of these kinds of shops.

This shop is relatively a small sized store, yet it is very well stocked with all kinds of organic and whole foods plus supplements, kitchen and bathroom products.

I lived in Moseley for many years, always go to Indigo when I go back to visit. Staff friendly, good range of products, ethical and friendly.

Wide variety of items, also really well set out with social distancing measures. Nice staff too.

Staff really helpful .managed to find what I was looking for and ordered it for me .phoned me to tell me when it was in so definitely will be ordering again from them .
