Not the biggest of stores but they carry an impressive range of products especially for people who like to cook. Lots of special offers so buy wisely and it is no dearer than the competition but better quality in my opinion

Small but perfectly formed. Been in the same location for years and years and still an excellent service from a dedicated team

Have to say a very well managed store. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Great customer service and quality of food as ever. More expensive than other supermarkets but this is reflected in food quality and amazing staff. Update... Popped in today and same exceptional customer service and helpful staff. The Partner serving me today was highly professional and smiling. They clearly enjoy working here which is another huge positive. Will be back here when funds allow but as ever an exceptional store.

Got to be one of the best places in Stourbridge. Its just below Stourbridge ryemarket parking, its wheelchair accessible and the staff are really friendly.
Not the cheapest supermarket but it stocks some incredible alternative produce/herbs/spices etc.
Elderly/disabled customers can even ask for 'carry to car' service, which i personally think is a brilliant service. Fresh meat/fish and sweet counter also.
So glad I live in Stourbridge.

It's only a s small outlet so naturally there isn't a great deal of choice but it covers all the bases. Despite Waitrose reputation for being expensive we find it just as competitive than the likes of other supermarkets. It simply depends on what you are looking for and there is usually plenty of reduced items that we can put in the freezer.
Great customer service if you ever need it.

It might be a little bit more expensive than Tesco but its well worth it with great top quality produce and a lot of choice for a small supermarket. A lot of items are just not available anywhere else, such as fresh seafood and fabulous cheeses. You also dont have to spend ages trying to find stuff as there are staff on hand and its quick at the checkouts.

I used the click and collect service today, and I was very impressed. There is an efficient system in place - my name was taken and then my shopping was brought out to me without my having to queue. I had no missing items and only 1 minor substitution. I was offered hand sanitiser, and all members of staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

The professionalism of the staff in this amazing store absolutely shines, 5 stars are not enough for this pedigree store. Compared to a lot of other large stores around, this one is absolutely spotless, the staff here are obviously very well trained in customer service and satisfaction. Ask any member of staff a question and they will gladly answer it to the best of their ability to do so, ask them where an item is that you cannot find, they will gladly walk with you to the correct location. Contrary to belief, Waitrose is no more expensive than most other main stores, in fact, many products are cheaper. 6 star rating.

Nice handy branch. Busy despite the huge Tesco nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Waitrose are competitive these days and have a good range. You see a lot of retired folk chatting away to the staff, so is a vital part of our community.

A fabulous shop, the staff are so helpful and the range of goods is exceptional for such as small shop. Throughout the pandemic they have kept up their high standards and are foremost in controlling spread by maintaining safe numbers and hygiene routines (unlike the large superstore also in the town!). Keep going Waitrose, Stourbridge, we love you.

Used Waitrose throughout the lockdown always felt safe in this store. Food is always fresh and great taste/quality. The young guys on the checkouts are always very friendly and pleasant lads. Well done Waitrose Stourbridge

Just been to Stourbridge store. Staff very helpful and pleasant to myself and other customers. Able to reduce plastic use with cheese, fish and vegetable purchases. Will make regular visits in future. Well done.

After my local Waitrose closed in Penn, (tragic), I have been using the Stourbridge branch for delivery of my weekly shop. Although they perhaps dont stock everything that the Penn branch did, I must give a huge thanks to their brilliant delivery team, always friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Thankyou.

Very outstanding company all partners very friendly

Small well kept standard store. Has the essentials and doesn't get too busy. Parking is sparse outside the store on the road so advise using the free parking under Tesco just down the road.

This is my go to place in Stourbridge for regional GB, French, and Italian cheese, charcuterie, and oddments that you just can't find locally elsewhere. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The wine selection is pretty decent, as you'd expect from Waitrose. However, you should also check out Nickolls & Perks, a Stourbridge wine merchant which is one of the best in the UK.

My family has shopped with Waitrose for many decades due their quality produce and customer service excellence.

Especially during the pandemic they were a lifesaver and we wanted for nothing.

Excellent shop well stocked staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble to find items 5star will start to use them more often
