I just wanted to take the time to say how helpful and lovely the staff were in your Chapelfield store just now. They went out of their way to help me even though it was right on closing helping me find a hoola hoop for my son and I really appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere in store. I didn't catch any of their names but there were 3 people who all helped me so many thanks.

I remember going to this toy store when it was in the Royal Arcade with my mum. I still own a pair of red stilts that my mum bought me from Langley's many moons ago! Lovely childhood memories.
But we recently shopped at Langley's at the newer location in Chantry Place. It is still very nice.

cannot review this shop any higher! brought my friends birthday gift while she was in store; the store assistant was absolutely brilliant about this! proper 5 star service from Langleys.

I had some fantastic service from the two ladies who were serving this morning, they really helped me out by resolving a voucher problem. This is what you get when you use a real high street shop with people who care. Well done to them and I will be back to shop in the near future.

Very helpful staff who can't do enough to help...and doesn't feel like a soul less, horrid, plastic wrapped (money hungry) chain, which is nice! Always has what I'm looking for in a gift :)

Originally based in the Royal Arcade off Gentleman Walk, this tradition toy shop is a must visit if you have kids and/or grandchildren. I remember taking my children to the Royal Arcade store for "pocket money" toys, back in the late 90's early 00's.
Langleys still has a store in the Arcade, but I believe it is just models etc. for older children & the young at heart.
