Popped into this store today, 18th August, and was helped by a lovely young man Theo. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and found exactly what I was looking for. Well done for employing such a great person, it was so refreshing to feel like you are welcome in a shop these days. Thank you Theo you should be proud of yourself .

I'm very impressed by my visits to this store. The staff are always friendly and the shop is well stocked with a great selection. I popped in today and was served by a very friendly and helpful member of staff (my receipt said Theodore).

We got our guinea pigs from this store. Lovely staff very helpful. Great store to get everything to do with pets. The points card is a good idea you get vouchers in the post for money off things. Also the vets inside is good too we bought our guinea pig along for check on his eyes. Very helpful and polite

New layout is much better and always get help from one of the staff if I have any questions. Not had a bad experience yet.

Neat environment, staff are friendly but firm and that's very okay when you think about the lives of the animals. We went for a Bernie adoption but we faced the reality of getting a pair or getting none. Staff remained courteous but emphatic on the right thing..we went back with no rabbits but it's okay..we'll get another pet!

Very helpful and friendly staff.. Don't hesitate to ask for advice as they are very happy to help. As a new puppy owner I got all the advice and help I needed.

Massive outlet with good parking. Has huge selections for an array of pets, dog grooming and vets. I don't know if I was just unfortunate with timing but their were alot of trolleys blocking the various dog foods and treats due to stocking shelves. Perhaps if they used a minimum of trolleys and arranged in the middle of the aisle whilst they re-stock they wouldn't interfere with their products and flow of customers. Good shop though and staff very friendly.

Was able to order an item for collection in store within an hour (actually within 5 minutes as it was only 1 item).

No unnecessary packaging, and quick and easy to collect (just needed to show the email on my phone).

Always clean and tidy with pretty much everything you need. Fish look very healthy too. Plenty of parking.

Helped me a great deal over Christmas, highly recommend the manager that was in the store that day.

Popped in to the Chillwell branch today with our new handsome boy Murphy (9 week old collie) the staff here were absolutely amazing and very friendly they informative. Sam a team member went above and beyond with advice and app discount and the even tried 4 different harness’s to ensure my new family member had everything he needed. I left the store today feeling very much customer first. Well done team and well done Sam we will definitely be back !!

Went in today to buy a few bits for my dog (his name is Peppy and he's amazing), everything is always fine, however today I was served by a very happy smiley and polite person at the till! Made me want to write a review. Receipt says her name is Kay, great experience. Would recommend thanks

Great range of products, friendly staff. The free VIP programme gives a lot of discount codes for "gearing up" with new pets (puppy in my case).

I love this pet shop. It always has everything I need. I mostly go here for fish food, but I also have 2 cats, so may one day pick something up for them. They also have pets here to buy (or just look at!) including rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, fish (coldwater and tropical) as well as others. They also have a Vets for Pets on the upper level, which is really great if you need it. Of course, they are pet friendly if you want to bring your dog in. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, but occassionally they may be busy and so there might not always be someone available straight away. Overall, I always have a positive experience here.

Brilliant and the staff are very friendly. I don't use the vetinary department. But when I needed things to feed fledgling birds, they gave me exactly what I wanted.

Pets are Home offers a good selection of pet food for a very wide range of pets together with pet beds, toys and so on. They also have a loyalty card which is a worthwhile addition. In summary, good range for wide range of pets with easy access and free parking.

Such a great range, everything you need for your pet, staff are delightful, helpful,friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and the Groom Room is fantastic, my little dog loves going to be pampered. Give them a try.!
