Husband had to buy a suit for a wedding. Tried M&S but they only had one jacket big enough (he's not a Skinny Minnie). The assistant was very pleasant and helpful. Had a choice of suites and we were both very pleased with the one he bought.

Today I visited the Yeovil store and took advantage of some reduced priced china.. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Sally Cranton. She came over from the till and relieved me of my armful of china. Wrapped it up beautifully and after discussion about buying a bath mat, she offered to keep hold of my shopping for collection on the way out to save me carrying it upstairs. I managed to leave my credit card behind.. She rang the towel department who found me and alerted me to my oversight. I went back to see Sally to pay for the bath mats, who then repacked my bag using the bath mats to provide additional protection for the china. I was very impressed with her attention to service and very friendly with it. Please pass on my thanks, she is a credit to the store. Jacqui drew

Very helpful staff, sells clothes from casual to high end quality, wedding, evening wear, alot of the well known brands in clothes and all of the cosmetic/ fragrance counters you would expect of a department store.
Between the branch one side of the street and the other can be found most things, household, kitchen wares, electrical, gifts, collections, costume jewellery to name but a few. Coffee shop on the 2nd floor and toilets.
Good disabled access initially though the aging lift often not working, steps down to the basement department .
Across the street, 2 entrances with shops in between, connected by the 1st floor, but that has steps to get up, then a very very aging lift, no lift down to the department further along on the ground floor and further steps down to the bottom floor.

Loved this shop the assistant's are very helpful and enjoyed my experience would recommend you visit especially as they have some great discounts on perfume at the moment.

Great shoo bargains, so helpful good coffee at good price too 2 large sausage rolls pot tea £5odd can't beat that sausage rolls were nice and hot Crisp flakey pastrie 🤗
