Very good was kept up to date on the delivery of my order and when it arrived it was packaged very nicely to prevent damage I ordered a caterzap fly killer unit as I was having a problem with these very small irritating flys everywhere and touch wood since having this unit the problem has now been resolved not a fly in sight

Great speedy service and a nice quality product. We ordered the caution hot water signs and they are perfect, nice and subtle with clear messaging.

Perfect experience! My chosen product turned out to be out of stock until December - customer service contacted me to suggest a suitable alternative. Very breakable products were ordered and arrived very well packaged and ALL entirely intact. Lovely little company offering a great range of products. Pies already made in their little dishes and now snuggled in the freezer for autumn/winter munching.

I highly recommend CE Online, they offer an excellent service from ordering right through to delivery. I chose to order 4 items from the website on Sunday, by Monday morning I had an invoice and despatch email which stated delivery would be within 2-3 days as I had selected at checkout, and by Tuesday afternoon I had all items in my possession. Now if you don't call that good service then I don't know what is.

Fantastic experience ordering from CE Online. Some of the items I ordered were unfortunately slightly chipped, but when I let the company know, the customer services were very understanding and immediately sent out new ones and they arrived the next day. The products are excellent quality and I’d not hesitate to order again.

Up to today 26th sept 2020 we are still waiting for our order to arrive so if you care to ask us again our opinion I will gladly comment once we have received our delivery. i have change my rating to 5 stars because they contacted me straight away and explained that the manufactory had discontinued the items I had asked for. Then Help me to find the best replacement items, which i ordered , they turn up very quickly and I am very satisfied with the Prism fly pods they sent.

I am involved with setting up a community shop and cafe in our rural village and have been given the task of sourcing items for the cafe and kitchen area. The project had been 2 years in the planning and building stage and we are opening within the month. As it has been funded by community grants and fundraising activities and will be staffed by volunteers, I have been trying to find products that are good value for money but also excellent quality.

Excellent, friendly service at a difficult time during the lockdown. We ordered some cordierite pizza stones, which unfortunately weren't available. The suggested alternatives which arrived were ceramic (i.e. lower temperature than we needed) so the company arranged for these to be collected at no cost to us, and then went on to source a more suitable replacement for the same price. Thanks to Maria for looking after us so well. Much recommended.
