Found Richard friendly & helpful. I ordered a couple of items which unfortunately arrived after I had returned home. Richard posted them to me! Great service! Will definitely return to this Aladdin's Cave of quality items for the kitchen!

Not impressed at all with a steamer bought from here only been used 3/4 times and to be quite frank I would say that it already looks in worse condition than the one it replaced.

Came on a Sunday, the shop was closed, fair comment, everyone needs a day off, but came again on the Thursday driving 92 miles to get 2 x plates and 2 x mugs that I'd fallen in love with seeing them in the window, I mentioned that I'd been on the Sunday and was " told off" in no uncertain terms about why they don't open Sundays!!! I wasn't even moaning, it was just conversation, I work in a shop too so try to engage with customers, i wasn't going to bother with items but really wanted them, plus I'd driven a long way, but certainly won't be returning as felt very upset by the way the man spoke to me. Perhaps my £40 wasn't a massive sale but in these hard times every little helps as they say.
