Evie in store today (new years day) was lovely, calm and polite to all customers. Had a smile on her face and was welcoming.
The store was busy but still have a nice meet friends calm atmosphere.

Same as another reviewer I have had my order done wrong. It should not be to complicated running a coffee shop, especially with so much staff. Plus one day they prioritized drive through orders. I actually was served after the last car that came to the cafe after I ordered. Really??
And the food not very good in general. This is a Starbucks criticism. Bring back the menu from pre COVID. Especially the Croque Monseur.

Since the initial issues they have improved a lot. Never get my drinks wrong. Would recommend.

Visited store today, great customer service and knowledge from the team in regards to menu items. Store clean and inviting.

Great Starbucks, clean, wonderful staff, fast service and great drinks!

I am a uber driver and had the pleasure of picking up from this place today. The decor is brilliant and the place is spotless. All the staff seem highly motivated and eager to help. The manager Tom really stood out as he was quick to introduce himself to me, he is really hands on and constantly busy, he also went out of his way to help me correct a mistake I had made with one of my orders. Great place, great staff so I'm confident their food will be great too.

Lovely space for a coffee, especially if you can get a comfy seat. Venue is at the end of Morrisons car park but inside is relatively quiet and nice. Staff were helpful and polite.

I came in on mother's day with my mum after doing my shopping, despite it being busy the staff handled it very well, they explained that there would be a wait which was understandable and I'm thankful to Sophie for keeping us updated on that. I really want to praise the staff members there was a woman Infront of me in the queue who was very rude and was berating the girl who was making the drinks because she claimed she got the order wrong, even tho the girl made the drink how it was on the label. I really would like to praise the girl for handling it professionally because when I worked in a customer facing job I know how hard it is to bite your tongue and not bite back when the customer is blaming you for their mistakes. Also I thought Sophie was really cute.

Lovely staff, very helpful and changed my sister's drink for me to a soya one free of charge. They also brought them out to my car for me. All three drinks were great.

Ordered a large latte and lemon drizzle cake was absolutely delicious! Nice cosy place to sit in☺

good food, lovely atmosphere

I visited Starbucks in redditch recently and was served by a lovely girl called Lauren she was friendly and welcoming. My order was took professionally and with care that she got the order right, which she did. She is an asset to the company and will definitely visit again

Best customer experience I have ever had at a drive thru. What I had originally had sold out but instead of them giving me the task of then trying to figure what I want again, they told me what they CAN do!! They told me it wasn’t the same thing but it’s as close as it can get. Great experience the drink they advised was lovely as well!! Will make this my regular stop now!!

Love coming to this starbucks, all the staff are really friendly and so welcoming, they all know my order when I walk through the door. What more could you want, great coffee and an amazing team off staff.

I’ve been a regular customer at Starbucks for the last 6 months. Staff are always friendly. Drinks are always great quality. No complaints, I highly recommend popping in!!
