B&Q Fakenham

Had plenty of stock and in good condition. Long drive, but worth it as we got everything we needed. Not busy so we could easily move a large worktop through the store. Quick and helpful checkout.

Very helpful for a large concern, I was looking for 11 door handles but could only see 6, I asked a guy who was checking stock & he got his ladder, looked where they were stored & found enough for my requirement. A few minutes later I see him loading a ladies car...... Very helpful

A quiet B&Q on the outskirts of Fakenham. Plenty of stock. We checked online before visiting as was looking for specific item. Staff friendly. Self check out and cashier check outs.

Great Store
Friendly and helpful employees. Everything available to smarten up the home and really great garden centre too! Lovely chap selling fresh coffee and bacon , egg sausage delight in a fresh breadroll - fresh a local produce good quality food. High Recommended too!

Great staff here, very helpful. Feels more like a local DIY store rather than a national chain. It is a smaller store so doesn't offer timber cutting for example.

Ordered 5 bags of ballast to build a base for a large shed. Staff very friendly and helpful and order delivered on time and it’s the best quality ballast I have ever bought. There were lots of sand and the mix was very creamy! Absolutely perfect and the cheapest price around!

Visited to buy gravel. Warm greeting by Sef at the entrance, his selling skills came into play and he persuaded my wife to buy some plants. Also spoke with Dawn on the till, she was bright and cheerful. Both staff members were a credit to B&Q.

Staff helpful and good choice of merchandise. Disappointed to find my diamond card was only valid for products in gardening and only on a Wednesday so that's one I can get rid of!!! Nice store.

As this is a out of main city DIY store I didn’t expect greatness, BUT I can report I was more than just pleasantly surprised. Vast product range and the odd things they haven't had in stock the times I've used it they can get pronto.Considering I always used to trek to Norwich and only expected to use this store on the odd occasion its now the other way around I use Fakenham all the time and Norwich only in emergencies and even then only if I'm in Norwich or have there things that need doing in the city.. The staff at Fakenham also seem to try harder to assist than Norwich as well..

B&Q is always the emergency place to go if you need something. Friendly staff. But is a little bit limited compared to bigger B&Q stores.

Love to shop here great garden plants and everything that you may need to do DIY this store will stock to say this is not that big of a store I have not yet been unable to purchase that is everything from broken tap rotten floor blinds carpets rugs tiles appliances for kitchen and through out all rooms you will find painting items plus even the paint and wallpaper plus lining paper get in tbere good stock and very fashionable

Pick and mix screws etc are very good value

Good range of things and easy to get to. Bought everything from plasterboard sheets to tools and accessories from here. Kitchen and bathroom centre. Gardening area too. Pleasant staff.

Good hardware shop, much better than King's Lynn which always is out of stock of something!

Lovely helpful staff that greet you at the entrance and then help point you in the right direction of what you are looking for. Clean, plenty of space, sanitiser available for customers to use.

Didn't have long to queue before we were allowed in, hand sanitizer provided, helpful friendly staff, had what I needed, was able to park near the door as car park half empty.
