I have been with three for couple of months now, and i might say they really have good customer relation with their customers. Yesterday was amazing with the store Manager, one tall gentleman, he really explained everything to us.I was satisfied.

Maisey and Amber are assets to the company. I have been a customer with Three for over 10 years and have never had issues. However in the last week I have had a horrid experience with the customer service team (Web chat and call centre/phone support), I chose to go into store to speak to someone in person, and first was dealt with by Maisey, she is the assistant manager and she did everything she could to ressolve my issue, I ended up with her directing me to the complaints team and talking me through the process. She was amazing. I have had to return to the store again a few more times in the last week and had Maisey and Amber serving me. Unfortunately I have decided to now leave Three and today cancelled my contract due to the incompetence of the Web chat team and the complaints team who have on multiple occasions over a 7 day period told me they have canceled my upgrade when they had not (DPD failed to follow my delivery instructions and returned the device to Three). Web chat said I had to cancel and start again, they told me to wait up to 48 hours and then go into store. Which I did and was then told this had not been done, then having to call up and request it be done again and told to wait 48hrs and then to go back in each time i went back i was told that the order had still not been cancelled. I called complaints on 5 different occasions, was called a liar by a particular advisor and blamed for the error with delivery by another and told to just be patient and wait by a third. If it wasn't for Maisey and Amber trying to resolve the problem for me I probably would have left sooner. If everyone on the customer service team dealt with issues with competence the way they tried to then maybe Three would have less people leaving.

I can not fault the effort both these women went to and want to praise them for their time, professionalism and honesty when it came to my issues. I'm sorry that your complaints team and Web chat service have resulted in the loss of a customer. Thank you for taking the time to assist me as much as you could and going above and beyond despite the limitations you had as a result of a shockingly incompetent CS team/system

Three customer service get 0 stars from me and will not recommend.

However if you are a Three customer in Coventry and need any help I recommend going into the city centre store and speaking to Maisey or Amber they are the only reason for the 5 star review.

Gareth and the team have been to say the least helpful. I was not only informed on the offers but had a really nice chat with the team regarding their competition and frankly, these guys only by providing the excellent customer support they do, know no competition!

Hey. Absolutely amazing atmosphere in the store. Staff looks really engaged and happy. Really nice place to buy. The only network having the free roaming on pay as you go in America which is amazing. Will be definitely back in this store. Thanks

Excellent customer service and care as always with 3 shop Coventry. Osama was brilliant as is the rest of the team. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Always go the extra mile and that's why I've been a 3 customer for 12 years and 1 month to date. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys! 😃

Had a fantastic experience in three store, despite the fact the shop was very busy with big queues the staff did a fantastic job at progressing me through.

Once I was seen I had a very complicated issue that needed to be solved in store. The customer support assistant, Kiran, went above and beyond to make sure my query was dealt with properly and effectively (she was even working half an hour past when she was meant to go home). It was one of the best customer services experiences I have had and she helped me deal with a serious and complicated issue with my account, top marks!

My recent visit to the Coventry 3 store was an excellent experience.
From the moment I entered I was greeted with a genuine smile and a hello.
The member of staff who dealt with me was Doug.
He was very professional and friendly. The many questions I asked him were explained in a clear and informative polite way.
He gave me some clear advice and tips in the best efficient way to utilise my recently purchased mobile phone.
I will certainly recommend this store to family and friend.

Huge thanks to Doug, Mitch, Gareth and Jeev who all went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone yesterday!
Doug sat with me and explained everything he was doing as I'm a complete Techno phobe.
The shop was so busy as it was a Saturday, despite this Doug made me feel comfortable about not being to set my phone up myself.
He was chatty and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
What a great customer service from them all.

Staff were on hand to help instantly, knowledgeable and I was helped in a friendly manner. One of my reservations about going to stores like this is that they try and bombard you with offers but I thought that the person serving me here got it right. Clearly explained the offers and respectfully accepted my decline to them.
