We went to this Vodafone’s store and had a really great experience while buying a mobile on contract…. Even though the process takes fairly 20-30 mins…. The company we had was absolutely lovely. Rae took really good care of us and sorted out everything for us while being completely pleasant and lovely…. Definitely recommend to visit this place if you are planning to get something new from Vodafone…. And the reason I am recommending it is because of service we had from Rae! Really happy with everything….

The best service one can ever have. So cooperative staff. God bless you all. They are very hard working and do their jobs very well. They are quite patient to listen to the needs of people and cater to them accordingly.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful but there is one problem is when you bought a device with Vodafone SIM card, you can’t buy any other thing without buying another SIM card.

I’ve never been on a contract or anything before and Thomas the Sales Advisor was such an fantastic and friendly guy who went every way to make me understand and reassure the right contract for me. The knowledge, the conversation and just in general a great advisor. Thanks again!

Excellent Service from Robert very professional and helpful

I came in and needed some help with few issues, one being an upgrade and the other being sim only deal. I was greeted by Zak whom was endless help and couldn’t do enough to resolve the issues I had. I was shocked as previous experiences especially in the Nuneaton store hadn’t gone to plan with Zak’s interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues promptly and correctly. I don’t know why he isn’t a manager as I’ve dealt with managers who are inept compared to the service I received today!!! Thank you!!!

Went into the Coventry store today to ask about my upgrade and adding my sister onto it. Got an amazing deal on both along side with my mums phone and new watch!
I was originally planning on leaving Vodafone as I found a better deal gave us a much better one!
Tom was very helpful, such a lovely man! Great customer service! He got us great deals with our budget, thank you Tom and Vodafone team!!

Better prices than on-line or over the phone. I would really recommend going into the store. It felt nice and safe with the shields in place but at the same time got to see all the phones and they did everything for me, was so much easier than the hours I spent online and on the phone. Vodafone has done a good job here the people were very friendly and the shop was really nice. Thumbs up!

Went in with my daughter and grandson, they sorted him out with his phone ,the lad was lovely and helpful .

If you come here go to Hasan the funniest and most charming gentleman in the world. I Have come across so many sales people in my time and all they want to do is sell you something but not Hasan. He was so honest with me and explained all the benefits while having a smile on his face. Unfortunately he has now left the company such a huge loss. This store needs someone like him again the energy he bought is unmatched.

If in need of any support or a new contract the team are always really helpful. I have Vodafone home broadband and it is excellent, never had any issues. I'm always happy with the service received in-store and will always recommend the Coventry store.

I went in about two weeks ago and asked for Hasan as he had served me before however I found out he left it’s such a shame because he was so polite and friendly. The stories he used to tell me kept me entertained I was gutted he left however I saw a lovely gentleman called zak. He said Hasan taught him the ways and sold me an iPhone 13 pro max I was delighted with it. Hasan if you’re reading this just know you are a superstar my friend.

My partner needed a new deal as he broke his iPhone of many yrs on a sim only. He got a great deal & staff were very helpful & help him transfer all his data,photos etc .

Fantastic service from the staff today.
After my 82 year old mother had been passed from carphone warehouse to ee and back again because they could not be bothered "absolutely disgusting" One person in carphone warehouse actually walked away whilst still trying to talk to them . Anyway ended up in Vodafone and they promptly directed us to someone who sorted out her problem. Thank you.

Very busy shop, but staff were friendly with smiles on faces ( some wore masks) very helpful, with excellent knowledge of products and technologies services.

5 stars for the handsome young boy, I think his name is Zak. He was great help, so polite.
