I love this little shop. They are so helpful and they sell a wide range of products. I've bought allsorts in here, from hardware items to a cute, heart shaped cake tin. I'm going back today to get some perspex cut for my shed window. I highly recommend a visit.

Brilliant hardware store. Very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. I needed specific screws to fit 2 TVs to wall mounts and had tried screw fix and they were no help at all. Within 5 minutes of visiting home and hardware we had been advised on screws that could be adapted to fit the TVs and they have worked perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will not go anywhere else now for my DIY needs. Thank you so much!

I am not the best at D.I.Y. but was doing some repairs to a chair. I received some very helpful advice from the staff on the best screws to use and they even allowed me to try before I bought some . Then they only sold me the amount that I needed. I would recommend this shop to anyone who values good service and customer care in a time of faceless multinational companies.

This shop never ceases to amaze me, with the stock they have on offer, also with key cutting, gas, watch battery fitting, and garden tool sharpening shears etc, to name but a few services,

A wonderful place, so well stocked & the staff are really friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for hardware.

So glad to have this shop in my village. It's great for a browse round plus you can get just about anything there, including bird food, hay and wood shavings for small pets. The staff are always very helpful and friendly too.

These guys have never let me down! Be it a random bracket for a unit or a replacement screw, this store has it all.
With recent DIY projects underway thanks to my Dad, we have had to nip down to H&H on a number of occasions and the owners couldn't be more helpful.
Amazingly low prices and a friendly informed team, there isn't a need to go to Gold plated B&Q again!

A proper old fashioned hardware shop, great range of products, fantastic service, better value than B&Q. You can buy just one screw and rummage for what you want. I am a retired Professional Engineer and don't normally give reviews because I am very fussy and only buy quality products, this store should used.

Rang for information and then took two pairs of scissors to be sharpened (left them for about half an hour - job done!) In the shop also asked about getting garden shears done. Two different people were very helpful indeed with enquiries and service.
They also seem to stock everything in the hardware line - and much more.
Other reviewer must have caught someone on a bad day!

This is a great little local hardware store that has more inside than you might imagine. If what you want isn't there they will normally get it in for you. If you value your time, pay a little more here than driving to that big store out of town, and support the community whilst you are at it!

Fantastic aladins cave. Well worth going to for bits and bobs. Great stock and great friendly staff. Worth a visit when needing hardware items.
