Build-A-Bear

I brought in a big lot of old bears that I wanted various things sorted with - stuffing added/removed, holes stiched up and old soinds removed. The staff were amazing! They were all so lovely and sorted all the bears super quickly and to such a high quality. I definitely recommend this store :)

Love this place, it’s jam packed with kids but it is sort of a kids shop. It’s quite expensive but they have great deals and AMAZING friendly staff. I went the other day (I’m not a kid anymore) and I built a jack skelligton bear, the staff were lovely helping me make it and get it ready with the things I wanted in it and for it. WOULD RECOMMEND!

My daughter loved the whole process of choosing her Birthday Teddy. The young girl who helped her was really lovely and made it a special occasion.

So happy when walking through the shops and see a build-a-bear. I look in the window and see a Halloween stitch (honestly I’m a really big kid when it comes to lilo and stitch) so I just had to have it. We go in the store and I pick up my bear. The staff were really helpful and chatty and were able to answer any questions I had! Thank you for such a great experience!

Took my autistic daughter today for her birthday both the guys in there where incredible with her... They got her a big birthday sticker and wrote her name on and did one for her other Teddy that she always walks around with... They could help enough and really made a fuss of her.... Thank you so much

We were told about the birthday bear whilst in another store so took our niece / cousin along. Staff were great and provided great customer service. They informed us of each step of building a bear and other items available. We purchased other clothes and accessories. Thank you for a great experience.

Great store but a touch on the cramped side - staff were attentive and passionate about providing a great experience, especially Sarah. Will visit again.

Staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful.

Prices are a little steep, but the quality of the stuffed toys are really good.

Great shop and the staff were so helpful and attentive when my wife built her bear.

I noticed each staff member had their own personal bear they carry in a little bag on their back, which was a really nice touch.

While in the shop we met Victor Dorobantu, the actor who plays Thing in Wednesday, which was the cherry on the top of a lovely experience (Victor was lovely too, posing with a few fans who recognised him after we got a photo with him).

We didn't notice until after, but a close inspection of Victor's right hand (the hand that plays Thing) reveals a Thing ring, which made me chuckle.

Great experience and my wife is now the proud owner of a lovely frog called Guff.

My Granddaughter wanted to build a bear she was a bit disappointed that she could only work the foot peddle. The overall experience was great the smile on her face when she picked out the heart for her toy was magical service was excellent thank you all one happy girl x🐻❤

Went here for my 1st birthday bear for are grandson we had to register him wen he was born an the if cost £1, 1st birthday £2 second £3 ,3rd an so on till he's 18 that will be the funniest day taking him for his 18th build a bear

Great selection, my granddaughter fell asleep with her bear. The staff were lovely and helpful. Bit pricey, but a memory for the little ones. She kept talking about putting its heart in.

I took my granddaughter on Friday for a surprise birthday bear, she loved it, the guy that did the build a bear was amazing, he made it such a special experience for her.
