Screwfix Pontypool

I visited first thing on Sunday morning. I was looking for replacement bolts that turned out to be very rare! Brandon served me and was so helpful! He was personable, patient, and thorough. At a point, Rosie joined to assist and was equally as pleasant. It was in fact my first experience seeking an item at Screwfix and the experience was a pleasure. I want to say a big thank you to them both for their brilliant service!

Nice friendly staff. Especially a member of staff called Geoff. He tries his best to give you the best deal and he really try’s to help you the best that he can. The store has Good deals and like the free tea and coffee I think that’s a brilliant idea for us trade workers on the go!

Good selection of products at very competitive prices, and good quality. Items can be searched for, and ordered online to be collected from your selected branch the same, or following day, which is really handy when an emergency occurs.

Has a massive range of items with most items being same day collection. I ordered online for two radiators at 10am and I received a text to say come and pick them up at 11am. Can't fault that service. The employees working at Screwfix are always helpful, I've always had a good experience when picking my ordered up. I was served within 30 seconds of walking through the door. I find prices on par or cheaper the majority of the time versus competitor company's but I always tend to check Screwfix's website first. Alot of parking spots so parking is never an issue. All in all a great location to get all type of trade items or even the smaller items like silicone or decorating chalk, it's a must visit place. 👍🏻

This is my version of Aladdin's cave. I am always surprised at the range and prices. As a serious DIYer, I dont mind buying large quantities as they will be often be used up in the fulness of time.

Staff very helpful, brilliant stock and very competitive prices and most items in stock, if not they are in within 24hrs.
