Such a pretty town with so many little coffee shops and eateries. Plus a wonderful walk through the rec, over the bridge and towards the dinky little railway 🚂 starion

It was a grey day....but that didn't stop the beauty of the town shining through...its got pubs for everyone....beautiful buildings...loads of charity shops... great rail connections...loads of car parking....you must go there soon...

Very pleasant, clean & attractive small station. Interesting mid-19th century architecture - unique compared to normal stations and worth a visit for this reason alone! Tidy and well-maintained with indoor waiting area and staffed information desk.

Beautiful historic town with olde worlde charm. Lots of great cafes and bars.

A marvellous town kept within it's own old spirit. Many of our guests visit here for a smooth walk in and around the town centre in the summer.

Arrived by train from Peterborough only a 12 minute journey. Walked into town over the Water Meadows. Lots of ducks and swans. Friday is Market day and lots of independent shops. Great place for a visit.

Stamford a town with a lot of history which can be seen in its lovely building. It's a lovely place to live and the people here are very kind and friendly. It has so much charm it's worth visiting.
