Mark and his team have installed an air source heat pump and solar panels at my house over the last two years. Cranmer Installations did an excellent job in both cases and were always on hand after completion when things did not go right or had a question. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark and his team were contractors on an ASHP installation we had done recently. Mark was very knowledgeable, helping to sort out a number of issues and even giving up part of his Sunday morning to help finish off sorting some teething problems. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

We had an issue with our LG therma V air source heat pump, a gurgling sound and lack of heat. We tried a heating engineer who had no idea.
I managed to find Mark through our commissioning documents. He was prompt in replying and even video messaged me, so we could diagnose the fault.
Mark is very knowledgeable and we soon fixed the fault.
I will make sure he is the first engineer on my speed dial. 5 stars!!!
