Serenity Muay Thai & Yoga

I have really benefited from the yoga. Serena is so caring and knowledgeable. She helps to get balance and into position to get the most from the sessions. Everyone works at their own pace to their own capacity. Since doing the yoga, I have regained more flexibility. Definitely recommend
I also recommend the toddler classes, she tells stories and gets the children using yoga poses .through games and stories Very interactive and positive.

Absolutely fantastic yoga place!! Serena goes above and beyond to help you feel relaxed, she'll help you find comfortable positions if you're a beginner or if you have any discomfort. You'll leave her classes feeling so refreshed. I love to treat my friends and family to a session when they're visiting. Couldn't recommend it enough!!

Fantastic, family friendly yoga studio. Yoga is taught during the week and Thai boxing is taught on the weekends, including a kids class. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a lovely play area for the kids, who can play while you do exercise and socialise. You can get tea and coffee there for a donation. There is also a great range of fitness clothing, shoes, fitness equipment, and gifts for sale. The decor is pleasant and relaxing, and there are wonderful relaxation sessions at the end of the yoga. Highly recommend.

I never thought I would be able to do the classes due to my disabilities, but Serena takes everyone’s abilities into consideration and adapts each session accordingly. The stretching and relaxation is incredible. There is so much equipment to make you comfortable and Serena is so knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I cannot put into words how wonderful the sessions make me feel. Thank you.

What an amazing little place. I've been doing Muay-Thai classes here a few months now i feel fitter and more healthy than in many many years.
We're so lucky to have a coaches like Eckey and Serena, it's such a perfect environment children learning Muay-Thai and playing while the adults/mums and dads train after, such a healthy way to learn fighting is play. I don't think I could sing their praises any higher.
There's yoga classes daytime and night-times, with the most amazing breath work and guided meditation classes.

I have been practicing Muay Thai for over 10 years. Muay Thai or Thai kickboxing as it might otherwise be known, involves punches, kicks knees and elbows. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. We do classes for adults as well as children and is a great way to keep fit whilst learning self defence

Fantastic yoga, Serena is just lovely, welcoming,friendly. Really helps all ages and abilities. Super bunch of ladies made me feel like one of the gang 😂. Wish there were classes every day..I love it so much. Thanks Serena your the best. 😘

The yoga is PHENOMENAL, Muay Thai is an amazing thing to do to learn self defence and for overall fitness. My strength and confidence has grown through both services they offer ♥
