We enjoyed our daughters wedding at the weekend. Everything about the day was brilliant. The garden room looked fantastic. A massive thank you to Jade and the rest of the team who made the day very special. The feedback from our friends and family was all good. A very special weekend.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Good resident parking, fantastic service and staff, lovely well appointed clean rooms and a great breakfast with lots of choice. Really enjoyed our stay here, will certainly stay here again.

Was staying in Burnham Market & visited this pub for Sunday lunch.
The service was amazing as well as the food! They were very generous with the portions.
The staff went above & beyond to ensure we were happy with our food and the service we were receiving.

Lovely warm welcome and roaring fire on a rainy, windy afternoon after a strange day. Some lovely chilled wines and cider cheered us up! Thanks and will be back whenever we are in the area.

Beautiful hotel, rooms spotlessly clean, food was delicious, we had breakfast and Sunday roast, and all staff were beyond helpful. A credit to the hotel. The Easter egg in the room and the little cream egg under the cup at breakfast were a lovely touch

Great pub, was extra fun as there was a flood and we needed to watch the waves around the table 🤣🤣 it just added to the day and fun. Lovely to watch the world go by from the tables outside.

From our very first contact with the Events Planner, Jade, we felt well looked after and well-prepared for our big day.
As soon as we arrived at the venue to set up the day before the wedding, we were met with extremely helpful, courteous and considerate staff who made us feel welcome.

As anyone has ever planned a wedding would understand, there are a 101 thing which could go wrong on the day. However Jade and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly and that we and our guests had the best possible time.

We can honestly say that our wedding was everything we could have hoped for. We have had so many wonderful comments from our guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they had been to.

Thank you for helping to make our wedding day a spectacular and enjoyable experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Date day / night away as a surprise before new year, absolutely stunning village & the hoste pub didn’t disappoint neither did the rooms (even got and upgraded) however the service when we sat down for evening meal was one of the worst we’ve ever had which is a total shame because the food was very good.
Our table wasn’t cleared,neither was our glasses or meal check back and had to go and get more drinks ourselves from the bar (the bar staff were incredibly busy yet incredibly professional and worth there weight in gold)
Shame the restaurant staff including the management running it as they were over run and clearly couldn’t keep up with demand.
I gave one star as we felt a real let down to an incredible nice place to visit & stay..
Will we go back ??????
Definitely yet we will wait until spring or summer and see if they were having an off day??

Just spent two nights at the Hoste with my grown up children. We ate 2 dinners, one bar lunch, two breakfasts and used the beauty salon. Everything was excellent. Lovely staff (especially in the restaurant), decent food and wine. My wife was recovering from an operation and this helped her recovery. Would certainly recommend and would go back. One criticism. Please light up the sign outside. it was difficult to see on a stormy dark night!

Stayed a couple of times and the rooms, staff and general feel of the place is top notch. The breakfast is always delicious. In particular the staff should be mentioned as they are always so friendly and can never do enough to help you.

My band, The Hound Dogs, played at a wedding last night at The Hoste. I don't usually write reviews but in this case I had to - the staff were, without exception, the most helpful and friendly I can ever remember dealing with. You could tell they enjoy their work and it really shows, the whole atmosphere of the wedding and the hotel itself (we chatted to non-wedding guests too) was relaxed and happy. It's a well decorated, cosy but modern hotel and the food was superb. I'll be returning for a short break soon I'm sure! Thank you guys! Nigel.

We stayed at The Hoste for one night, utilising their Festive Getaway package.

The check-in process was very smooth. The receptionists kindly allowed us to park prior to our allocated time to allow us to go walking during the day, and phoned us to let us know our room was ready. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable, with everything we needed.

As part of our package, we benefitted from a three-course meal at the restaurant below. The food, drinks, and service were amazing, particularly our server King Charles who was an absolute dream.

We would thoroughly recommend staying and/or dining at The Hoste.

Great traditional pub in Burnham market (☆☆☆☆☆) service with a smile(☆☆☆☆☆) waitress even knew what bitter was and recommended a bitter which was served at the correct temperature. I could have had several if I weren't driving.
BURNHAM MARKET IS WELL WORTH A VISIT.

Our first time back in almost 20 years, and it did not disappoint. The room was lovely (although some paint could do with touching up). The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble, and they were so accommodating.

Claire and I had a day trip out in Norfolk, we stopped off at the hoste for a coffee and chill out for an hour. Claire and I found it. A quite place to go Staff are respectful and polite

The road had substantial flooding but we entered through the back doors and were greeted, staff very friendly, atmosphere lovely and food delicious, given a beautiful plant, happy mothers day to me

Great hotel and wonderful and attentive team. Lots of different rooms to explore and you can feel the history all around you. We particularly enjoyed the secret cinema that we had to ourselves later in the evening.

Cannot fault our fantastic meal here, stunning food and fantastic service will be back soon!!! (Also incredibly dog friendly!!!) thankyou :-)

Good food and great service. Staff there are lovely.
They had an afternoon of Jazz and Oysters at the Hoste.
Jack and Marlin running the oyster bar were really lovely and helpful.
All locally sourced food with interesting stories about the source of the food and people providing it. Very relaxing afternoon. Lovely atmosphere.
