Amazing after-sales service. A product that was well out of the warranty period was replaced after Elizabeth discussed it with the manufacturer. We have bought a few products over the years and the quality has always been good. Thank you for your excellent service.

Elizabeth couldn't have been more helpful & the shop is lovely. I received an email to let me know that the item I was interested in was back in stock & she let me order from abroad. She also gift wrapped extra items I ordered for a friend to collect.
I will definitely be calling in to Uniiq again next time I'm in Shrewsbury.

This is a great little independent shop selling some well crafted and unique items. If you are looking for something that is a bit different, stylish and well made it is certainly worth a visit.

We have tableware from there that is lasting brilliantly and Herdy place mats that bring a dash of colour and fun to your table

My family and I came here today to purchase some gifts for our friends family. The older lady in the shop watched us miserably as soon as we came in. I said hi and smiled but failed to get a response. A little later the older gentleman came out and said to my wife and three year old (well behaved) daughter. “I’ve got to sell that so don’t break it!” It was a children’s toy my daughter was merely pointing at because she liked it. We decided we didn’t want to give our hard earned money to an establishment that greeted us so rudely. Also it’s mainly middle class over priced tat
