Called in advance for a specific pair of trainers in a specific size that they didn’t have in my local store.
The girl who answered the phone was very efficient and helpful. She found the shoes and held them back for us.
We arrived 20 minutes later and she went and got the trainers for us to try on and we had a lovely chat at the same time.
Excellent service.

I bought a Wales pique top which was the wrong size returned to the store and the woman behind the counter was polite and very helpful something that is lacking in some other similar stores.

JD SPORTS HAVE THE BEST QUALITY CLOTHES THE STAFF ARE SO POLITE AND NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM FRIENDLY PLACE WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE
