Called Belief to purchase some items of a local rugby club that I follow who they supply. Experienced first class customer service togeather with great communication about the delivery. Very professional, highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant I ordered some kit and the kit arrived on time and the quality was amazing and you can see it has been made with care also they have a large variety of different sports wear e.g. hoodies shorts leggings backpacks I can go on for ever you should definitely go to this place

Placed on order in early March 24, still not received order after two months, I have emailed & phoned and no reply or response from company, really bad customer service.

Ordered a polo shirt in February 24 - hasn't arrived no refund - appalling service

Ordered online and they took my money. Four months later and nothing. No replies to calls or e-mails. Looking at the other reviews the 5 star reviews seem to weighted by friends of the director, listed at Companies House as Ali Mohsin Najmi. Never ever again.

Awful awful service! First I couldn't place an order because they wouldn't accept card payment, only PayPal, then they didn't deliver all the items and I was never notified that I would receive them at a later date. My emails were ignored, but guess what? When I threatened them to report them they replied! I still haven't received my items, but they have taken the money out of my account! If you can avoid them, please do!

I have had a number of issues regarding kit. 1. Ordered kit 3 times, never received. Refund provided in form of a cheque. 2. Sizing is different with every order. 5. Poor customer service, different answer to the same question every time I have teleconference to chase an order. 4. Most recent is frustrating. Regional team placed all orders by the 7th of July. Delivery has been promised and changed, now apparently will arrive on the day of the tournament!

Literally the worst company in the world to deal with for bespoke kit. Unfortunately the ETA (English Touch Association) have a deal with them meaning all touch kit for England and the region's have to be purchased from belief. They have messed up kit so often I now only order the most basic stuff that I can get away with. Playing Kit turns up on the day of tournaments despite being ordered 12 weeks prior. Leisure wear (hoodies, trousers etc) only comes a further 2 weeks after that. Kit has arrived completely the wrong size, longer than it should be, after being cancelled or one time had to wait nearly 6 months. If you buy kit they have in stock (off the shelf) it's fine. If you want anything making or modifying to order, don't bother, just go to a proper manufacturer.

Ordered a training shirt and socks in October and they have not turned up even though the company took my money.

Ordered two jackets for my son. Still haven't turned up nearly two months later but payment taken.

This company takes your money but does not provide the products in return. Shockingly bad customer service, they do not respond to emails or pick up the phone. This company has taken my money, are refusing to refund it and are refusing to provide the products I have purchased too.

Ordered kit with the guarantee of being ready for 1st game of the season. Guess what….kit not ready, pathetic excuse of blaming the club. Avoid this company!
