Booked mobility scooter in advance of stay, able to collect from the Freewheelers Cycle Centre from 4pm on day of arrival. Prices - £55 Friday 4pm to Monday, 10am morning with £200 deposit held on credit card (returnable if no damage, charger returned etc). Thorough hiring process, marks & existing knocks etc noted on rental agreement, good, clear explanation given ahead of reading the agreement & initialing against explanations given for use etc before signing. NOTE - do not return late, person who had the scooter I had did & was charged for late return, latest return time is SAME as check-out time from accommodation. ONLY person signing agreement is allowed to use scooter. Side note - I was told that scooter could be taken poolside of Subtropical Swim Paradise, I wouldn't recommend this though as it was a nightmare getting around the toddler pools & then finding somewhere to leave it plus you then gave the key. I'd suggest that if you need that level of assistance you either use your own wheelchair (if you have one) OR arrange with staff member BEFORE changing to use their waterproof wheelchair that can take you right into the water if necessary. Staff member at Freewheeleers Cycle Centre very friendly, polite & approachable. 😃

Needing a mobility scooter staff were incredibly helpful and explained things I needed to know. Nothing was too much troublecrven though they were very busy.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful especially when you've ordered something a little unusual. They spend as long as needed making sure the kids have the right bike and are comfortable and safe.

Amazing service and brilliant advice from the team. Explained everything very well we rented 2 bikes with a 6 year old and 3 year old both are now excited about the outdoors and want to continue cycling.

What an amazing place, the staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble, one of our party didn't get on with there bike so took it back and they were so helpful and made sure the they found a suitable replacement. The range of bikes they have caters for all ages including bikes with seats for the very young and easy to ride bikes for us older ones. Trust me having a bike is a must around the place.

I booked a 4-wheel electric scooter for a long weekend. Staff were very helpful, we had booked in advance. Scooter was reliable with charger, plenty of room in our chalet to bring in the scooter overnight/in poor weather. Plenty of range available for my use around the resort.
Note to remember - make sure cardholder who paid deposit goes when the scooter is returned with the same card!

We went when it was really quiet so it probably helped our experience but I have to say the staff were great! Really wanted us to feel like we're on holiday and were so friendly!

I've never seen so many bikes in one place (except Amsterdam)!

It may seem a bit pricey when you get a bike for everyone in the family but you get so much more out of your time in centre parcs because you can get everywhere so quickly. I would also recommend the trailer for the little ones. You can't imagine how useful the trailers are until you've had one... they have a "boot" to take stuff with you!

For both re booked and hire on the day, great service, vast number of bikes available to hire. Handy bike locks also provided. Great service

This is a must stop for some great cycles to travel around centre parcs. I find them really friendly and helpful, even if you brought your own bike.

Very helpful staff who will do anything to assist you. All bikes are immaculate and very well maintained.
