Voltz Bikes Ltd

My local bike shop.
I've had three bikes and plenty of parts from Voltz over the past five years, and yes, I could probably have got most of them a bit cheaper from a warehouse on the Internet.
But, and it's a big but, the service and advice at Voltz is worth far more.
My friend and I bought similar bikes at the same time, mine from Voltz, his from the Internet. Both have had issues that needed dealing with.
His involved shipping the bike back to the dealer and a long wait, mine involved a quick trip to Voltz who resolved the problems as quickly as possible.
So the choice is simple really, save a few quid on the Internet or buy from Voltz knowing you'll get looked after if anything goes wrong.
Oh and the coffee is pretty good too!

Always a solution great price but more importantly they know exactly what they are doing.
Been burnt by the promise being underwhelming and costly.
My advice would be to consider quality over price (tough call given current times) but Voltz delivers. Ryan et al = Starz

Took my mtb bike in recently for a new part and some service bits. Outstanding customer service (exceeding expectations) and quality of work done, and at a good price. Ryan and team really friendly too. A true enthusiasts bike shop - cannot recommend highly enough.

Just bought two electric bikes from these guys, the knowledge and patience, while explaining the difference is to us, making sure we got the best bikes to fit what we required, couldn’t fault them. great service

Just had my Whyte 901 serviced by these guys & everything was done really well they also have a great shop with loads of accessories and all the gear you need, don’t hesitate to take you’re bike in they will do an excellent job 👍

Service is absolutely excellent - I ordered a new bike a few months ago and it came into stock 3 months earlier than expected which over exceeded my expectations - Having looked at other retail outlets to purchase a bike it was nice to deal with a bunch of people who listened and were so helpful.

They may not have stock immediately available however nothing is too much trouble if you want it ordering making the buying process really enjoyable to have a one stop shop - Its been great to deal with a locally run business with enthusiastic staff who actually enjoy what they are doing -

Gave Voltz a call for an urgent re-dish of my wheel. The team were very helpful, friendly and professional. The job was all done and dusted very quickly and at a good price. I would definitely use again.

I popped in on Saturday the 7th. May 2022 with a failing tubeless valve. Both Sean and the mechanic there were very helpful, and had me on my way again in no time. Plus because of the facilities we had a rather good coffee while I got sorted too.

Awesome service and help with di2 issue. Fixed at a very good price after the first bike shop messed up and charged me a load of money!!! Can't recommend Ryan and the team highly enough. They've even got an espresso machine and café.

I visited for the first time today and I was greeted with a friendly manor by Sean who then helped me with all the questions i asked spoke to my kids too and shared stories which gave a brilliant personal experience and I brought my first trek bike today and plan to now make this my bike shop to go to 10miles from my house

Just had a new cassette, chain and sprocket fitted to my Cube MTB ebike.
Done whilst I had a coffee in their cafe.
Great service and not expensive. Bike now rides brilliant again. Thank you. I will be back.

I visited a number of places looking for my perfect bike and these guys were wicked from start to finish.
Made sure I knew all my options, didn't mind changing things up a little, even arranged for some custom decals... they have great cappuccino too... the best.. thanks again 😊

As the gyms closed earlier on in the year (2020), at the age of 75, I decided to get out my old bicycle in an attempt to maintain some level of activity.
I took my cycle to Voltz for advice and found them immediately helpful
Now, several months later, I am indebted to Voltz for on-going advice with regard to my cycle and my own performance.
All my cycle problems have been dealt with professionally and always with the proactive advice that I've welcomed as cycling seems to have moved to a more technical age.
The gyms have now re-opened and I attend, but I have in no way lost my enthusiasm for cycling and this is due to the help and encouragement I have received from the staff at Voltz. Many thanks.
