Very disappointed with the member of staff in this store.
She was snappy and rude to my 13 year daughter, it was totally uncalled for.
It's not the first time I've had an encounter with a rude member of staff in this store.
I teach my children that manners cost nothing and to be polite, but when u have middle aged staff being rude what hope is there!!!
I don't like using this store for this reason but sometimes it's unavoidable.
