We ordered via Amazon a number of items for our upcoming golden wedding anniversary. All bar one arrived beautifully packaged by Amazon. Alas our order for a gold banqueting roll to dress our guests tables, arrived crushed as there was absolutely no packaging at all, just a plastic cling film covering. Despite our complaint this dreadful company insisted that it would be still fine to use it offering either a miserable £4 or a full refund on return of the item. As our event was imminent we didn’t want to risk returning it without a replacement to hand but they refused. What appalling customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Placed order over a week ago; nothing arrived. Tried ringing, phone rings and rings and no response. Very disappointed as bags needed for an event. Sent an email. Finally got a call and an offer of help. Texted order details. Silence!. Still no delivery.
