Customer service is non-existent. AVOID.

I called here to get prices for a large event I have coming up, and I was told that they don't provide prices on the phone and I should come in and see for myself. Which is fine and I understand that but what I don't get is that the guy then proceeded to put the phone down without me even getting a word in! Seriously, who does that to a customer who hasn't even had the chance to respond? Where is the customer service? Non-existent and rude, that's what that is! Clearly you don't need my business and I am quite happy to take it someplace else where I am more valued.
