I have to preface this by saying I have never been into the physical store in Frome (sadly!).  My review comes from interactions online with Claudia and Scarlett, both of whom are kind and honest.  Scarlett handled my order, and she could not have been more wonderful.  As an international customer, I was nervous about items fitting correctly. I've emailed periodically throughout the years regarding sizing, and the team has always responded kindly. The monetary risk of ordering and having to return something can be scary.  Not with Deadly!  Most recently, I sent over my measurements (nervously) and there was no judgement.  Scarlett was honest about what would fit and what wouldn't, and I wasn't made to feel badly about what wouldn't.  Scarlett not only provided solutions to potential fit issues, but kept me up to date for two months and was always honest about the order status. I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service I received.  Thank you for working with me on my order!! I truly cannot wait to place another order with Scarlett and Claudia/Deadly!!

Awesome little vintage shop where my wife shops occasionally when we are in Frome. It’s like a relic of a time gone by with some quirky pieces, bags of personality and fun, friendly service. Well worth a drop off if you are in Frome or passing through.

Amazing shop that is full of hidden gems of clothing for the special events. Cannot fault the staff full of enthusiasm & just so helpful in helping us to choose the perfect outfit. Everything is such good quality & so well made. Our first shop here on a friend's recommendation & it will definitely not be our last. A cracking local business that just a fantastic job.

Trying on and playing dressing up in this fabulous shop is a lot of fun. The owner has a lot of patience and is very willing to help you with what suits you best. The clothes are all high quality . I spent far more than I intended but well worth it.

Absolutely adore this little boutique and the fabulous vintage style clothes on sale there. The clothing is pricey but exclusive. I've acquired some wonderful numbers from here over the course of about 10 years and when I can't buy, I just pop in for a mooch around and drool over the lovely clothes. Nigella Lawson put this place on the map but I got there first and in my dresses, look just as fab!

From previous visits the staff were so kind and very helpful. I was gifted a deadly wiggle dress from my husband before we got married for my hen do (now 3 years ago), I cannot state enough the high quality in which is was made, not only does it still look new after 3 years, even after a pregnancy to which I could wear right until the week I gave birth with my gigantic baby (yes I was massive at 9 months) the dress didn't even lose the slightest elasticity and I can still wear it now - fitted. It also offered so much support on my oversized bump; of which was a god send from the troubles pregnancy had to offer!

I love this shop, staff is really helpful, they even got me shoes to match to try on different outfits. The clothes are very beautiful and really welmade..... If you want to feel a million dollars or have a special occasion to go to, this is the perfect place to find something.
