Liv Architects have been a delight to work with. From taking on our brief and gently guiding us through our needs and thinking, to producing designs that have a real wow factor - Liv Architects were fantastic. They also made the whole planning process a smooth one and took all the stress away from the process. Highly recommended!

We are currently renovating a grade || listed barn and the knowledge and experience that Sasha provided was above and beyond. She really supported us in the understanding of technical jargon as well as talking and taking us step by step through all the planning and construction detail (which she was very thorough to ensure we got the best in materials and finish). Liv architects has really captured all we could ever want from our home, it’s sophisticated, innovative and smart much like Liv architects themselves, we will be using them for all future projects.

Being absolute newbies in terms of a self-build project, we were excited and nervous in equal measure. Nervous because of the unknown and almost everything in the path ahead seemed complex, detailed and daunting.

Working with Sasha at Liv Architects has been great though - she's simplified the process, particularly the design stages, making it a very pleasurable experience. We've found her to be incredibly creative, knowledgeable, responsive and professional.

Our pre-planning application (by others), which included demolition of an existing property, was pretty much an absolute, across the board, total rejection by the council. That's not to say the design was poor at all, but a new approach was needed if we were to stand any chance of permission being granted.

It was at this point that we were introduced to Sasha and through her care, experience and impressive ability to address and solve each aspect of the council's rejection we've managed to successfully gain permission to demolish and build new. A remarkable outcome and testament to her passion and talent.

Liv Architects care - and that's important. We've no hesitation in recommending them. Sasha has delivered to the brief, whilst guiding, advising and helping throughout.

Construction hasn't yet begun on our house but we know that Sasha will be there, on hand, should we need her.

We used Sasha and team to draw up some plans for remodelling our existing house in Norfolk, both in terms of internal space and cosmetically on the outside. They produced some great ideas and were really responsive to our requests. There were virtually no amendments needed as they spent so much time at the beginning listening to the brief, which was great.
