A good jewelry store with a wide selection of good value for money stock. They also have a good secondhand section where I have picked up some great bits and pieces over the years. Friendly and helpful staff and a good clean well laid out staff.

Fabulous service received today by the lovely Lateesha, purchased nomination bracelet and charm as gift , a real friendly no pressure atmosphere, explained everything I wanted to know. Great selection and well presented should. Well done TH Baker and thank you Lateesha, I'll be back....👍

Brilliant service and experience.. All Staff are totally helpful and understanding and remember you....you don't feel like you're on a production line of customers. I'm not sure of the ladies name that helped us, but she was totally wonderful. (She's not worked there very long) she was knowledgeable and very patient.

Can I just say it was a pleasure to shop instore today, it was a unplanned day out and a unplanned shop in this store, but my husband walked in for a look at the G shock watches so I got chatting to the girls and it was a pleasure talking to them, very friendly staff I would always recommend to shop here again retail is such a challenge in these times, but this was great service. Great service when I returned a faulty item. Always lots of pretty items on sale, especially their pre-loved jewellery.

We didn't buy anything from this place, however the staff were so extremely helpful, they even did a quick search online and recommended the brands they had heard off with higher quality but still good prices, I would honestly shop with them purely for how nice and helpful the staff are

James at the Telford store went the extra mile for me when I had a difficult situation regarding a generous gift from my husband that didn’t suit my taste. Unbeknown to me the gift had been purchased well in advance of my birthday and when I eventually had the courage to ask my husband would he mind if I tried to change it for something else the time for exchange was past. James said he could use his discretion on this occasion ( this must have happened before ) and with his help I was able to choose a diamond pendant that I will wear every day. Thank you James. I am one happy bunnie and husband loves what I’ve chosen -Phew!
