The Watering Can

I am so happy I found this place as I'd never heard of them before until I googled for plants as I wanted to see what else was about out there apart from who I normally buy from & I came across The Watering Can who are absolutely brilliant.

I placed an order from here on the 1st Feb & my plants arrived 24 hours later which was fantastic & they were very neatly packaged & tidy & organised in the box & the communication I received regarding a plant & the communication through the whole thing was brilliant.

I also didn't know that this is a family run business run by sisters Lisa & Sarah who I have to say have been brilliant with me & they communicate with you & I think they're doing an amazing job & I will definetly be placing more orders with them in the future definitely & the fact that if you spend £50 you get free delivery & it comes the very next day which again is fantastic as I've spent over £100 plus sometimes on another site buying plants & never once have i had free delivery off this other site which when your spending a lot of money with a site & not just once then you would would think you might get free delivery or something but no but The Watering Can I can't fault them in anyway & Id recommend them to anybody & everybody I know.

Thank you again to Lisa & Sarah because I love all the plants you sent & how fast they came so keep doing your amazing work & I'm looking forward to placing more orders with you in the future.

I've potted a few up already in small pots until they grow a bit more & the others I'm going to pot up once I get some more pots.

I absolutely love The Watering Can!! The shop up at white house farm always looks fantastic and I rarely leave without finding something that catches my eye, there's so much to choose from! Sarah is my go to person for my pot plants and general flower advice (poor woman!) and she never fails to provide the absolute best service. Absolutely fabulous place run by knowledgeable, friendly people that I can't recommend enough.

Fab evening making a terrarium, the shop is gorgeous, with lots of hidden treasures, perfect gifts, & Sarah was a perfect tutor & host. Highly recommended

I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time so here we go! I've acquired the vast majority of my houseplants from this lovely little shop, all of which I have ordered online via their website. Every plant I have received has been in perfect condition, packed safe and sound with a cute, personal touch. The dispatch time is almost always within one day, unless you order later within the week, in that case they're shipped early in the week to ensure minimal time spent in the post (this is so so so important for me, very considerate).

They keep their customers up to date with products, constantly adding to their stock (which my bank account isn't so keen on but I most definitely am) so there's always something new. They provide care instructions on the website which is very useful and are very communicative if something is wrong with the order or whatever.

I definitely recommend this store, even if you are not local to it. I ordered a gift for my sister in London which arrived quick and safely. The plants are beautiful and the selection is so wide it's perfect for people who don't know quite what to choose, especially if you have an obsession with hoyas like I do. All of my plants are so incredibly healthy, including, surprisingly, my maidenhair fern, the diva. So so so happy with all of my purchases!!

Highly recommend the Watering Can! Super friendly and helpful. Can always rely on them to provide for all our plant needs and happy to provide advice even after purchase. 5 stars from me!

A great choice of plants and pots of all sizes. Well packaged and plants arrived in good, healthy condition. I’ve ordered 2 or 3 times from The Watering Can now and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The Watering Can is a fantastic local business. Whether it’s a houseplant you’re after, something colourful for the garden, a pretty pot or a gift for someone special - The Watering Can ticks all the boxes. The owners Sarah and Lisa are so friendly and helpful and I enjoy popping in for a chat and a browse. Lisa and Sarah are really Lovely, they replied to my query on email very quickly, quicker than a lot of texts I get ha ha, very efficient service. I ordered some succulents for my mother which she was delighted with and after being sent from Norwich they were recieved the next day and in South wales too which is a long way.
They use dpd who are excellent couriers so no need to worry about your orders getting thrown around by royal mail!!

I'm not suprised they have won awards they have a vast selection of products and lovely plants, pots, and lots of other things and I will be looking again on the weekend for more, the quality is excellent aswell as customer service, any queries quickly answered.

I would definitely recommend The Watering Can to anyone, and a lot of people only ship cuttings so nice to have a pot also.

The shop is so cute and has an excellent stock! The lady who owns/works there was helpful and friendly. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live but I’d be happy to make the drive again as you can get unique plants and pots as well as personal advice.

The shop has lots of lovely items, candles, gifts, cards, garden decor and theres lots of indoor and outdoor plants to see.

Superb customer service as I had no idea what to do with plants I'd been given and they repotted and gave advice on how to look after them. A beautiful shop with such a relaxed atmosphere. No pressuring sales assistants. A joy to visit 😊

We had a wonderful afternoon at The Watering Can taking part in their Terrarium Workshop. My son especially loved it and Sarah couldn't have been more encouraging and helpful, the various plants and materials available were fabulous. The experience was worth every penny to see how engaged my 8yr old was in creating it, especially because he could create his own aswell as mine for mother's day.
