Popped in for a breakfast before we hit the road and safe to say we made an excellent choice. Absolutely lovely food! Ended up taking a fair few things with us to go.

Absolutely brilliant. Went in with two dogs through the special dog friendly door. Ordered coffee and sandwiches. They were made fresh and didn’t take long at all. The staff are soooo friendly. Will definitely be going back soon.

Great little tea room, staff are very friendly, clean and well presented, good selection of food, there is a toilet with hand basin clean with toilet paper, the cafe is situated on the corner of a very busy road with limited parking space, otherwise it's a must visit.
you would not get a wheelchair in as it is only a small room.

Just visited The Old Swan Tearooms whilst in the area on our Honeymoon. Lovely food, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. There was a nice community feel to the place! Thoroughly recommend.

Seriously the best fried eggs I've ever had!
I also bought a beef and kidney pie and an apple tart to take away for my lunch which were delicious.
Thank you!

Lovely late lunch here! We were just passing by and they were more than happy to cater for us even though it was almost closing time. Food was yummy and staff friendly. Recommend the lasagne. Dog friendly too 🐶

A wonderful place! We stopped here just after the kitchen closed, but because I'm vegan they opened it up just for me and made this delicious beans on toast! My non-vegan friend had a tuna sandwich that was very tasty as well.

Nice food, friendly staff, only place that seems to be busy.
Freshly baked pies.
Not too expensive, make sure you bring cash as it is cash only.
Have been here twice now this week and will probably return again.

Right on the crossroads of North, South, East and West Streets. Great selection of cakes and also took home a steak, Stilton and chestnut pie which was fantastic!

Second visit to this tearoom. First time Brekkie visit where all four of us had lovely food. Second lunch time where we both really enjoyed our lasagna and jacket potato.
Lovely little place and well worth a visit. Please note cash only. Not a problem as cash point next door.

Had a really good breakfast here, which is served all day. The bacon is lovely thick-cut slices, and it comes with decent sausages and good black pudding. Will definitely come back.

Passing through on business trip and recognised this place as somewhere I'd had lunch almost exactly 2 years ago. Had to go in again - and was just as good.

Incredibly quick service and big tasty sandwich. Definitely recommendable!

Called in on Wednesday for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Excellent full English and very quick and friendly service .
Cafe was very clean and warm. Lovely friendly atmosphere in there.
Great selection of cakes on show but had no room left after the amazing breakfast. Hopefully next time.
Thanks to the staff for great service.

The ultimate breakfast was fantastic, it was made fresh and everything was hot.
Very rare to actually get hot food these days but this was nice and hot, still hot as I finished my food.
Another nice thing was a pot of tea and they just kept filling the tea pot for you, awesome.
There was 2 x bacon, eggs, sausage, there were loads of mushrooms, a black pudding, beans, think it was two or three hash browns and four pieces of toast.
All this for under a tenner, great.
Had to walk four miles after this to get back to my daughters house, took me a fair bit longer going back but what a great breakfast.
