Really nice tea room, great service. Had hot drinks and some cakes. Cherry Bakewell was homemade and amazing. My wife had some Caramel shortbread..best she had ever tasted.

Really friendly service with great food in a quaint location. We had the fry up breakfast (served all day) but there's plenty to choose from, from sandwiches and quiche to omelette and other mains. Recommend!

This charming little tea room caught us off guard. We were staying nearby and had spotted the sign for it on the way to our accommodation. The next morning we headed over to find such a cute interior to a magnificent building in an adorable little village. The staff were lovely and the food and drink was lovely and actually very reasonably priced!

We came here Friday afternoon after setting up at the nearby caravan site.

Our food, specially my jacket potato was thoroughly enjoyed, the wife enjoyed her sandwich too.

Polite & friendly

We would definitely return should we be in the nearby area.

Absolutely charming tea shop with very friendly staff in lovely village setting. Menu is MUCH more extensive than tea/coffee & bakes. Great place for a lunch. Fabulous & interesting collection of salt & pepper pots. Coffee cake moist & light & lovely millionaire's shortbread. Log burner was welcoming on January day. Not over priced. Would highly recommend.

So much more than just a tea room, Emma couldn’t have been more helpful, positive, friendly plus efficient. We had a great cooked lunch with generous portions, home cooked food and delicious puddings in a lovely, quaint setting. The mustard mash and steak and ale pie I had were delicious! Thank you!

Directed here from pub as they weren't doing food. Magnificent choice of freshly cooked/made food. They bought our choices over the road to where we were in the pub garden. Top find. Made our cycling tour very good indeed.
