Stamford Post Office

I went into Stamford Post Office today, expecting poor service and being made to jump through hoops as my last experience many years ago but I'm really happy it say I was presently surprised. I was served by Chris, who greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me with my parcel and renewing my driving licence. When taking my picture I did not feel uncomfortable at all and she explained the process thoroughly. Thank You Chris, I will be using Stamford Post Office services in the future. Five stars.

Adeel has helped me a lot at Stamford Post Office. He has helped me get a driving licence, tax my sorned car and take life insurance. Sheer talent enlightening the Heart of the community. My go to person when in need. Form filling and advice, very very approachable. Many thanks for your presence and support Adeel. Very rare to see personal service with a smile these days. We went in to get pre-paid cards for our upcoming holiday. We were served by Trish, she was fabulous! Quick to explain what was necessary and not over explain, very helpful, efficient and s cracking sense of humour! A real asset!

I often go into the post office with multiple parcels which take a while to post, the staff are always understanding and helpful. Big thanks to Trish for always being friendly and posting almost 20 parcels at once for me !

Excellent passport renewal service by Rochan, who was very polite and efficient. Its good to still visit this "real" post office in Stamford rather than a counter squeezed into a corner shop. Well worth the 14 mile drive over!

Adeel served me today, I went in for some Euros. Adeel gave me a few of my notes in €5 so it was easy to get a taxi when in Europe, I didn’t think of this so thought that was great customer service!
