An excellent location for an excellent outlet that is skyways a desirable place to do the shopping. Staffs are polite and helpful. There’s a free and ample parking on the site that is well looked after and kept clean. The access and exit from the car park is a bit windy and narrow but that’s a plus. It definitely keeps the drivers in check and forces them to make a slow and safe approach!

Lovely Waitrose store,we were able to find everything we needed at ease.The store is super easy to navigate and clean.They stock so many amazing things.I’m glad that they’ve got shell recharge hyper-chargers now.They also have a lovely plant display outside too.

Good parking, a well laid out and well stocked store. Everywhere was clean and tidy. A good selection of quality products. Competitive prices on several products

What I like with this Waitrose, is that the shelves are always extremely well ordered. Polite staff and complemented by an excellent cafeteria with a choice of drinks, cold and hot food.

There are always plenty of parking spaces. But when coming from Reading, the traffic on Oxford Road has to be considered. There are good and bad days when it comes to that.

Our two Brompton M6R bicycles were stolen here on 14th May 2017 between 15:00-15:30 from the bike rack at Waitrose Oxford Road. The manager was willing to help us and was very nice. Unfortunately their security cameras don't cover the bike rack area. Please use the best lock you can buy and do keep your eyes open. We reported this to police and marked both bikes as stolen on BikeRegister. Frame numbers 290950 and 354485.

Our Christmas order was completely wrong and made up with substitutes. No notice given and we found out only upon collection. Things go wrong I get that but how it's dealt with is the thing you remember. A big thank you to Julie the manager who did her very best to put things right in the Reading store. You should be proud of her and in your training Christmas is back on for my 92 year old mother x

A lovely store, a little bit out of the main town centre with good parking. Well lit, not too cold, a good number of checkout tills. I didn't see a self service till though; is this something that can be implemented if there isn't one?

Lovely select of food. Nice to treat yourself every few weeks with a waitrose shop.

Great selection and range of products. Nicely laid out in a logical order made shopping easy.

Well I got everything I wanted and I know, ,(I hope), that it's all top quality stuff. PS helpful and friendly staff.

Although it is a bit far away from the centre, the store is always clean and full of items so anytime we arrive can purchase everything.
Help is available throughout the store and easy to get in and out. Sometimes there's a queue but usually moves quickly.

I shop here every week and I love the store. Always clean and tidy, always a positive experience. They have a partner called Eden at the Reading branch who acknowledges every customer with a smile and a polite greeting and honestly brightens my day.

What lovely staff.. they corrected 3 missing items in my delivery at 7:30pm on a Sunday night and sent a large box of luxury chocolates and a hand written note to apologise for their mistake.. (OK the missing items were Gin, Red Wine and Martini so approx £40 worth of alcohol) but they sorted out without question and were professional about it. We are just amazed at their wonderful attitude to going the extra mile for their customers 😀 Big thanks to Lucy and the Reading Team

It's been quite a long time since I visited my local Waitrose and, as always, it was a very lovely and most enjoyable experience. The store is spotlessly clean and all the staff are very kind, helpful, attentive and visible! Bravo Waitrose!

Large aisles, fresh sushi available, good variety and quality. There are some items that definitely worth buying at Waitrose and this store is great.

All that you can want in the way of food and drink with plenty of parking and a coffee shop. As always a good selection of fresh vegetables, bakery goods, and meat.
There's a click and collect desk for John Lewis purchases and a good self scan system- you do have to have a My Waitrose card to use it.
There are now electric vehicle charging points in the carpark.

Shopping at Waitrose makes you feel calm due to the lighting, wide isles and helpful staff. It’s a great size too so you don’t feel like you’ve walked mikes to do your weekly shop. In my opinion It’s by far the best supermarket.
