Great service. Laura is super quick, friendly and efficient. I post every other day, at lots of different post offices, but this one is the best :)

Absolute waste of time. Never open. I feel sorry for the staff. They take the brunt of public anger, but it's the management who should take the blame. Best answer is move it to Tesco Belmont.

Never open as it should be! Very difficult to send or collect a parcel from this post office. The staff is helpless and never help you to choose the right way to send your parcel. When asked how to send documents as I never send any and want probably to have a signature, they said I don't know it is your choice.....

Staff Not trained to send special delivery letter then what's the point of them even working there. disappointed

Closed with no signs on the door and with the website saying still open!! Just a small sign to say closed for the foreseeable future. Absolute joke

It's frustrating when you can't rely on the program to function properly and when you don't know if it's open or not. It's important to receive good service and have a program that works efficiently. I hope you can find a solution to your problems.

The post office is permanently closed.
Has been for a year.

Don't waste your time. Never open when it says it is. Staff will tell you to come back the next day at a certain time; but it will still be closed or they "won't have the right staff in". Updates to opening times from two weeks ago are not correct.

Had a parcel delivered here. When I tried to collect it the post office side was closed despite all advertised opening hours saying it should be open.

Post Office closed yet again. States open until 5.30 online, but after walking there not open. In the 12 months I have lived in this area I think I’ve found it open a couple of times. :-(

Fed up of trying to actually use this post office when 9/10 it's either closed or different opening hours to what is online because of "Staffing issues". This has been going on for well over 2 years now! Sort out your staff!

At the moment barely ever open. It's easier to go to town than the hit and miss opening times at this post office. Very disappointing hope they get new staff soon.
