Westfields Post Office

Dean is always very pleasant, helpful and courteous and will always go out of his way to be of assistance, even to those customers who may not be equally courteous. This is our local post office and it is a pleasure to have one so close by. The other staff are equally helpful but I don’t know their names. All of them would be be very good role models for other public servants.

I can mot fault this post office at all. I turned up with quite a few parcels just as the staff were going home. The one lady called Sue stayed back to make sure my parcels went into the post. I am very grateful to this member of staff who went beyond the call of duty to serve me. Thank you very much for the fantastic service. Look forward to going back to this post office soon.

No issues. Friendly staff and now opening times are correctly stated.

This was a very poor service. The sign outside explicitly says the opening hours for the postal services within the shop are the same as the shop itself - 0600 to 2300. When I went in on Friday 3 January at 1800 I was told the postal service had closed at 1730 and it would reopen the next morning at 0830. I arrived the next day at 0830 to be told the postal office would not open till 0900. The staff were far from warm and friendly. No-one even acknowledged that the hours advertised were not the same as those provided let alone apologised. I will not come back again or recommend this place to anyone else.

I left work early to get there before 5pm only to find them shut at 3PM.

Very annoying that they aren't open Saturdays

Bad Experience today 14/11/23- She didn't give me room to explain because I came with another form of Valid ID.

Rude and obnoxious middle aged lady who I try to avoid working in the post office. I now drive across town to send mail. I will not be using again.

Absolutely useless post office. They changed working times ,it is impossible for working people. For who they working,whit that working time 3 hrs per day !

It states online this doesn’t close until 5:30pm, came in at 4:25pm to be told by the man behind the counter that it was closed, even though he was stood there. Awful service!

Open hours outside do not reflect the actual availability of this post office. Hit and miss, depends entirely what staff are on that day.

Constantly changing their opening and closing times, making it impossible for working people to get to the post office!!
