Just have to give a shout-out to an extremely lovely lady from the staff team who I met in-store today, I believe she said her name was Julie? however, Julie was very friendly and chatty and made some great recommendations to me & my partner and was all round such a lovely lady to talk to without feeling pressured or roped into anything! Felt very happy with her customer service :) - Thanks, Julie!

The service I received in store today from Julie was absolutely outstanding. She’s worth keeping hold of with the company. I’ve never walked away from a store telling everyone how excellent a member of staff was, literally everyone I’ve seen I’ve told them about her. She really made us feel welcome and giving us a taste of the hot chocolate available.

Upon coming to Hotel Chocolat I was greeted by a friendly gentleman - Alex - who was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to help answer my questions and went above and beyond in giving me advice as to what products to purchase according to my needs. Alex was very professional and genuine in helping me and even offered me a free hot chocolate drink to sample - coconut with chocolate - when I enquired about the hot chocolate drink section and that was a nice treat. The layout of the store is organised and has an overall nice atmosphere.
Overall, I would recommend for both great service and the chocolates being sold.

First ever visit to Hotel Chocolat and with so much choice it was difficult to choose, however, due to the wonderful ladies in the shop help was at hand. Iryna guided us through the choices asking questions about our preferences and giving us hints and tips, without her help we would probably still be there now undecided. It was such a huge help having someone knowledgeable, friendly and approachable to hand. Thanks so much to Iryna and Julie in the shop for the guidance and laughter. A little kindness goes such a long way. 10/10 for amazing service.

I just wanted to pop in and grab a velvetiser for a Christmas gift and as soon as I walked in there was a really helpful demonstration going on about it and I got to try some of the hot chocolate. The staff members here were absolutely brilliant, they were so lovely and knowledgeable. They also informed me on the deals happening that I'd have had no clue about and ended up saving so much more than I thought I would. Brilliant people I will definitely visit here more often 😊

Visited the store today.. The store was lovely and clean and well layed out.. Staff friendly and helpful.. I treated myself to an advent calender and it was not expensive .. Will be back ..

I know this drinking chocolate is quite expensive and a luxury but with staff like this, it is worth it.

We had to change a velvetiser gift from copper to white. No problems at all, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We tried it out and it's perfect!

Always friendly staff here. It's a compact shop but carries most of the stock you would expect.

After coming here a few times I must say the service is always excellent even when busy. I would like some more free chocolate though!
