Pochin

Went to Oakham pochins today and received absolutely fantastic service. The lad on reception was so friendly and helpful, could not fault them at all, excellent service. He could not do enough to help me. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Pochin Oakham are always my first port of call for all my plumbing materials, Ed and Miles are always friendly and efficient on the trade counter and Ed’s knowledge, (due to being a plumber previously) on advising on products available to work on certain jobs is really useful when needed. Luigi in the showroom is also very helpful and happy to advise on the best products to suite each job to suite my customers budget. I always recommend Pochins Oakham to my customers

Our bathroom and kitchen taps recently started to leak so we called in to Pochin to see if they could help. The chap at the trade counter was very helpful and supplied us with replacement tap cartridges which worked out considerably cheaper than buying new taps. The service was very good - so much so that when we look to replace our bathroom suite, we will certainly be going back!

I have recently started buying from Pochin in Oakham after having a below average experience with a national merchants. Right from the start, I felt like nothing was too difficult for them. They are very competitive and goods have either arrived on time or ahead of schedule. Pochin's are a prime example of the benefits of buying local and I would strongly recommend them to others.

I recently visited Pochin in Oakham as I'm planning a bathroom refit. I've been to several of the larger suppliers outside of Oakham but been disappointed with the service & price. I have to say that the staff at Pochin went out of their way to help & gave great advice. I will 100% be using Pochin moving forward & I highly recommend them.

This is by far the best Pochins branch in the country. Miles will go out his way to help you out. Lou is very knowledgeable with his bathrooms and Ed is just Ed what more can I say!! Great team and a pleasure to deal with!!

Easy & friendly to deal with. Ed & Miles on the trade counter regularly go out of their way to ensure goods are delivered on time and in a satisfactory condition. Wouldn't use anyone else locally.

I use pochin to get the odd bit of plumbing equipment for diy and the guys are so helpful and full of advice when I’m not sure what I’m looking for! It’s a nice friendly atmosphere in there, service is quick and prices are good.
